復(fù)線(xiàn)隧道爆破振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析與爆破施工實(shí)踐

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技水平也有了突飛猛進(jìn)的進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要大量的礦山開(kāi)采、水利水電的開(kāi)發(fā)以及各種公路、鐵路等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),這些工程中涉及到大量的隧道開(kāi)挖。另一方面隧道開(kāi)挖的環(huán)境也越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,除隧道上方的建筑外常常碰到平行的既有隧道。復(fù)線(xiàn)隧道爆破產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)對(duì)既有隧道的影響一般都比較大,相當(dāng)一部分的爆破震動(dòng)對(duì)鄰近既有隧道造成損傷,大大減低了既有隧道的使用壽命,因此必須對(duì)隧道爆破振動(dòng)進(jìn)行控制。本文通過(guò)根據(jù)對(duì)既有隧道的爆破振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析,確定了控制振動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵所在,確保復(fù)線(xiàn)隧道施工的安全,文中簡(jiǎn)單介紹了分析爆破振動(dòng)信號(hào)的幾種方法(1)快速傅里葉變換(2)小波變換(3)HHT變換,發(fā)現(xiàn)HHT方法是最適合隧道爆破振動(dòng)信號(hào)的分析方法。通過(guò)對(duì)復(fù)線(xiàn)隧道中既有隧道爆破震動(dòng)信號(hào)采集,運(yùn)用matlab數(shù)值分析計(jì)算采用HHT法分解爆破震動(dòng)振速信號(hào),將經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)函數(shù)分解成固有模態(tài)函數(shù),來(lái)確定爆破振動(dòng)方案的可行性,提出科學(xué)可靠安全的爆破方案,并指導(dǎo)后續(xù)施工;谛嘛L(fēng)平嶺隧道爆破掘進(jìn)施工工程,采集了爆破掘進(jìn)作業(yè)中既有隧道迎爆側(cè)和背爆側(cè)的墻中、底板測(cè)點(diǎn)的爆破震動(dòng)波形,通過(guò)對(duì)振動(dòng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)值模擬數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)隧道爆破振動(dòng)的如下特點(diǎn):迎爆側(cè)受爆炸應(yīng)力波的直接入射影響徑向質(zhì)點(diǎn)振速大于其它2個(gè)方向的振速;迎爆側(cè)邊墻偏上為最危險(xiǎn)區(qū),起拱處次之,底板相對(duì)安全;根據(jù)分析結(jié)果優(yōu)化了爆破參數(shù),提高了施工進(jìn)度,同時(shí)也保證既有隧道的安全運(yùn)營(yíng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the level of economy and science and technology of our country has also made rapid progress. Economic development requires a large amount of mining, water conservancy and hydropower development, as well as the construction of various basic facilities such as roads, railways, etc. These projects involve a large number of tunnel excavations. On the other hand, the environment of tunnel excavation is becoming more and more complicated, except for the buildings above the tunnel, parallel existing tunnels are often encountered. The vibration produced by blasting in double-track tunnel has a great influence on the existing tunnel, and a considerable part of the blasting vibration causes damage to the adjacent existing tunnel, which greatly reduces the service life of the existing tunnel. Therefore, the blasting vibration of the tunnel must be controlled. Based on the analysis of blasting vibration signals of existing tunnels, the key to control vibration is determined in this paper to ensure the safety of double-track tunnel construction. In this paper, several methods for analyzing blasting vibration signal are introduced in this paper: (1) Fast Fourier transform (FFT) wavelet transform (HHT). It is found that HHT method is the most suitable method for analyzing blasting vibration signal of tunnel. By collecting the blasting vibration signal of the existing tunnel in the double-track tunnel, using the matlab numerical analysis method to decompose the blasting vibration velocity signal and decomposing the empirical mode function into the inherent modal function, the feasibility of the blasting vibration scheme is determined. A scientific, reliable and safe blasting scheme is put forward, and the subsequent construction is guided. Based on the blasting tunneling construction of Xinfeng Pingling Tunnel, the blasting vibration waveforms of the measuring points of the bottom plate in the wall of the existing tunnel blasting side and the back blasting side in the blasting tunneling operation are collected, and the vibration test data and the numerical simulation data are compared and analyzed through the comparison and analysis of the vibration test data and the numerical simulation data. The characteristics of blasting vibration of tunnel are as follows: the vibration velocity of radial particle is larger than that of the other two directions by the direct incident of explosion stress wave on the side of the tunnel, the wall on the side of the face of the explosion is the most dangerous area, the arch is the second, and the floor is relatively safe. According to the analysis results, the blasting parameters are optimized, the construction progress is improved, and the safe operation of the existing tunnels is ensured.
