高速公路瀝青路面中長期養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高速公路建設(shè)快速發(fā)展,公路養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)的提升也日益重要,然而我國公路養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)研究還處于起步階段,不能完全滿足高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)的迫切需要,歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家對養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)劃研究起步較早,實(shí)施項(xiàng)目也較多,而我國只有為數(shù)不多的道路近年開展了養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)劃研究。目前國內(nèi)高速公路瀝青路面的養(yǎng)護(hù)依然存在著諸多問題,具體表現(xiàn)為:(1)全壽命周期養(yǎng)護(hù)成本沒有得到足夠的重視;(2)缺乏科學(xué)的技術(shù)指導(dǎo);(3)長期“重建輕養(yǎng)”思想還不同程度存在,高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)投入不足。(4)延誤最佳養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)機(jī),預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)不及時(shí),浪費(fèi)養(yǎng)護(hù)經(jīng)費(fèi)的現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生。本文參照國內(nèi)外高速公路瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)劃相關(guān)研究內(nèi)容,對高速公路瀝青路面中長期養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了研究。 以湖北省京港澳高速公路為依托,通過對現(xiàn)有路段路面進(jìn)行全面檢測以掌握其現(xiàn)有技術(shù)狀況,交通量調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì),分析道路路面病害的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢,特別是結(jié)合歷史養(yǎng)護(hù)情況與養(yǎng)護(hù)效果的分析論證,掌握其現(xiàn)有路面使用性能,并且進(jìn)行了路面使用性能(PQI)評價(jià)、路面結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力(PSSI)評價(jià)和路面老化性能評價(jià),,研究瀝青路面技術(shù)狀況的發(fā)展規(guī)律,同時(shí)建立了京港澳高速公路瀝青路面使用性能進(jìn)行預(yù)測模型;結(jié)合京港澳高速公路瀝青路面歷年養(yǎng)護(hù)情況,分析論證幾種養(yǎng)護(hù)對策及其養(yǎng)護(hù)效果,包括預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)和矯正性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù);科學(xué)合理地編制規(guī)劃期內(nèi)各年度養(yǎng)護(hù)對策、工程數(shù)量、養(yǎng)護(hù)資金投入,以延緩大修養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間,力求養(yǎng)護(hù)資金投入效益最大化;研究制定針對性強(qiáng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用、具有前瞻性的中長期(2011-2015年)路面養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)劃。項(xiàng)目研究成果運(yùn)用于湖北省京港澳高速公路瀝青路面的長期養(yǎng)護(hù)計(jì)劃當(dāng)中,具有一定的指導(dǎo)性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in China, the upgrading of highway maintenance technology is becoming more and more important. However, the research of highway maintenance technology in China is still in its infancy and can not fully meet the urgent needs of highway maintenance. The developed countries in Europe and America started the research of conservation planning earlier and implemented more projects. However, only a few roads in China have carried out conservation planning research in recent years. At present, there are still many problems in the maintenance of asphalt pavement of expressway in China. The concrete manifestation is: 1) the maintenance cost of the whole life cycle is not paid enough attention to. (2) lack of scientific and technical guidance. (3) the long-term thought of "reconstruction and light maintenance" still exists to varying degrees, and the expressway maintenance investment is insufficient. 4) the best maintenance opportunity is delayed. Preventive maintenance is not timely, the phenomenon of wasting maintenance funds occurs from time to time. Referring to the related research contents of expressway asphalt pavement maintenance planning at home and abroad, this paper studies the medium and long term maintenance planning of expressway asphalt pavement. Based on the Beijing-Hong Kong and Macao Expressway in Hubei Province, the characteristics and development trend of road surface diseases are analyzed through the comprehensive detection of the existing road surface in order to grasp the existing technical situation, traffic volume investigation and statistics. In particular, based on the analysis and demonstration of the historical maintenance situation and the maintenance effect, the existing pavement performance is mastered, and the pavement performance is evaluated by PQI, PSSI and aging performance evaluation of the pavement structure. This paper studies the development law of asphalt pavement technology, establishes the prediction model of asphalt pavement performance of Beijing-HongKong-Macao expressway, and combines the maintenance of asphalt pavement of Beijing-HongKong-Macao expressway over the years. Several maintenance countermeasures and their maintenance effects are analyzed and demonstrated, including preventive maintenance techniques and corrective maintenance techniques, scientific and reasonable compilation of maintenance countermeasures, quantity of projects and investment of maintenance funds during the planning period in order to delay the time of overhaul and maintenance. To maximize the benefit of investment in maintenance funds; to develop targeted, economic and applicable, forward-looking long-term road maintenance plan 2011-2015). The research results are applied to the long-term maintenance plan of asphalt pavement of Jing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in Hubei Province.
