高速公路總體設(shè)計體系研究

【摘要】:近年來,尤其2008年發(fā)生國際金融危機后,隨著國民經(jīng)濟、現(xiàn)代社會和公路交通運輸事業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,我國高速公路建設(shè)規(guī)模不斷加大,各省市高速公路建設(shè)逐漸從平原區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)向山區(qū),呈現(xiàn)出地形高低起伏越來越大,地質(zhì)條件愈加復(fù)雜的趨勢,有更多的技術(shù)間題需要解決。 首先,系統(tǒng)分析、總結(jié)平原微丘區(qū)和山區(qū)高速公路總體設(shè)計的指導(dǎo)思想、設(shè)計原則;闡明了高速公路總體設(shè)計體系建立的內(nèi)容,具體包括了路線方案、路基高度與土地資源保護、橋涵總體設(shè)計、隧道總體設(shè)計、互通式立體交叉總體設(shè)計、交通工程及沿線設(shè)施總體設(shè)計、景觀設(shè)計、環(huán)境保護設(shè)計等;提出了高速公路總體設(shè)計的設(shè)計標準與技術(shù)指標。 對山區(qū)高速公路,總體設(shè)計思想的體現(xiàn)重點在隧道總體設(shè)計。分析、闡述了管理區(qū)的概念、洞內(nèi)的分區(qū)、洞外管理區(qū)、組織交通流,提出了隧道環(huán)境設(shè)計;分析、介紹了公路隧道的定位、隧道位置的選擇、平面線形設(shè)計、縱斷面設(shè)計等內(nèi)容,分別提出對山嶺隧道、越嶺隧道、傍山隧道的總體設(shè)計進行;分析、提出了隧道洞口位置選擇的各方面要求。 以廣西桂平至來賓高速公路為工程背景,通過對平原微丘區(qū)高速公路高填路堤、通道組合方案與低路堤、天橋組合方案的比較分析,提出了根據(jù)不同地區(qū)的地形地貌、地質(zhì)、路網(wǎng)水系、土地資源、取土難易程度等建設(shè)條件,研究、論證不同工程方案的工程投資、土地占用、環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)、可靠性、安全性、建設(shè)期與運營期社會影響。山區(qū)高速公路,比選因素較多,因此須全方位論證分析,還應(yīng)注意考慮造價因素、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護、自然景觀、抗災(zāi)防災(zāi)、人文環(huán)境等要素,從定量、定性兩方面綜合考慮,合理地進行選擇。結(jié)合工程實例分析,提出了路線“Ⅰ類控制點”和“Ⅱ類控制點”的概念;對路線方案與周圍環(huán)境和自然景觀相協(xié)調(diào)情況提出“綠滿山色”的概念;對“環(huán)境敏感區(qū)的處理”的理念等,這些不同于以前的設(shè)計思路和理念,以期對今后類似建設(shè)條件下的高速公路勘察設(shè)計工作有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially after the international financial crisis occurred in 2008, with the sustained development of national economy, modern society and highway transportation, the scale of highway construction in China has been increasing. The highway construction in various provinces and cities is gradually turning from plain to mountainous area, showing a trend of more and more ups and downs of terrain and more complicated geological conditions. First of all, systematic analysis, summing up the guiding ideology and design principles of the general design of highway in the plain micro-hilly area and mountain area, expounding the contents of the establishment of the overall design system of expressway, including the route scheme, Subgrade height and land resource protection, overall design of bridge and culvert, general design of tunnel, general design of interchange, overall design of traffic engineering and facilities along the road, landscape design, environmental protection design, etc. The design standard and technical index of the overall design of expressway are put forward. Based on the engineering background of Guiping-Laibin Expressway in Guangxi, through the comparison and analysis of high fill embankment, passageway combination scheme and low embankment and flyover combination scheme of expressway in plain micro-hilly area, this paper puts forward that according to the landform and geomorphology, geology of different areas, The construction conditions such as network and water system, land resources, and the degree of difficulty in taking soil are studied and demonstrated. The project investment, land occupation, environment coordination, reliability, safety, social influence of construction and operation period are discussed.
