預(yù)應(yīng)力超高性能鋼纖維混凝土受力性能與承載力的計(jì)算方法

【摘要】:在對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力超高性能鋼纖維混凝土受力性能研究的試驗(yàn)中,以5個(gè)超高性鋼纖維混凝土樁承臺(tái)試件為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行受彎試驗(yàn),對(duì)承臺(tái)有效厚度、鋼筋配筋率、鋼纖維體積率、鋼筋以及混凝土應(yīng)變特征等進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:底部配筋率為0.5%≤ρs≤1.25%的鋼纖維高強(qiáng)混凝土樁承臺(tái)呈現(xiàn)受彎破壞形態(tài),在撓度為0~1.7 mm區(qū)間內(nèi),配筋率為0.8%的荷載最大。在撓度為0~0.7 mm區(qū)間內(nèi),體積率為1.0%的荷載最大,斜率更大,會(huì)增加承臺(tái)的變形能力和承載力,在增加鋼纖維體積率的同時(shí)增加其承載力。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出了預(yù)應(yīng)力超高性能鋼纖維混凝土樁承臺(tái)抗剪承載力計(jì)算模型,進(jìn)行計(jì)算預(yù)應(yīng)力超高性能鋼纖維混凝土樁承臺(tái)抗剪承載力方式的構(gòu)建。構(gòu)建公式來(lái)計(jì)算預(yù)應(yīng)力超高性能鋼纖維混凝土承臺(tái)抗剪承載力,同時(shí),結(jié)合計(jì)算超高性能鋼筋混凝土承臺(tái)的共識(shí),在工程設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中可以運(yùn)用該公式。
[Abstract]:In the study of the mechanical properties of prestressed ultra-high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC), the bending tests were carried out on the basis of five specimens of UHFC pile cap. The effective thickness of cap, reinforcement ratio and volume ratio of steel fiber were tested. The strain characteristics of steel bar and concrete are analyzed.
