盾構隧道襯砌近接橋樁的施工力學響應及影響分析

【摘要】:襯砌結構作為盾構隧道主要承重結構,其受力特性直接決定隧道能否安全使用,運用有限元分析軟件模擬不同注漿壓力和不同近接距離下盾構隧道施工過程,分析襯砌結構近接橋樁的施工力學響應,結果表明:注漿壓力在0.1MPa~0.5MPa范圍內(nèi),隨著注漿壓力的增加襯砌管片的最大隆起值和最大沉降值均減小,水平最大正位移值與負位移值均增大,且管片的彎矩與剪力逐漸增大,軸力逐漸減小,其中水平位移與軸力的變化率較大;近接群樁距離的改變,襯砌管片的內(nèi)力與變形均隨著距離的增大而減小,逐漸接近于無樁時的狀況,其中管片的沉降最大值與軸力的減少幅度較大。研究結果為類似工程提供參考。
[Abstract]:The lining structure is the main load-bearing structure of shield tunnel, and its mechanical characteristics directly determine whether the tunnel can be safely used. The finite element analysis software is used to simulate the construction process of shield tunnel under different grouting pressure and different close distance. The analysis of the construction mechanics response of the lining structure near bridge pile shows that the maximum uplift value and the maximum settlement value of the lining segment decrease with the increase of the grouting pressure in the range of 0.1MPa~0.5MPa. The maximum horizontal positive displacement and negative displacement increase, and the bending moment and shear force of the segment increase gradually, the axial force decreases gradually, and the change rate of horizontal displacement and axial force is larger. The internal force and deformation of lining segments decrease with the increase of distance, and are gradually close to the situation without piles, in which the maximum settlement of segments and the reduction of axial forces are larger. The results provide reference for similar projects.
