基于實(shí)橋的超限車輛荷載模型及其荷載效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程和現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,再加上超載超限運(yùn)輸經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的驅(qū)動(dòng),超限車輛出現(xiàn)較為頻繁。超限車輛對橋梁的使用會造成很大的安全隱患,甚至有橋梁直接被重型貨車壓垮的事件發(fā)生,然而超限運(yùn)輸是一個(gè)世界性難題,很難在短期內(nèi)徹底解決,,因此,研究超限車輛荷載對橋梁的設(shè)計(jì)和維修具有重大意義。 本文根據(jù)杭州市留石快速路段車輛荷載的長期監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用概率統(tǒng)計(jì)的基本理論和方法,首先對該路段的交通狀況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得到該路段的交通組成及分布情況;然后利用MATLAB計(jì)算軟件編制相應(yīng)程序,根據(jù)超限車輛判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選出超限車輛數(shù)據(jù),并對超限車輛的總重、軸重、軸距等參數(shù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,建立了超限車輛的荷載模型;最后通過MIDAS有限元分析軟件對實(shí)橋進(jìn)行建模,分析超限車輛荷載對實(shí)橋產(chǎn)生的荷載效應(yīng)和兩種狀態(tài)下的內(nèi)力效應(yīng),并與現(xiàn)行城市橋梁荷載進(jìn)行比較分析,得到超限車輛導(dǎo)致實(shí)橋荷載效應(yīng)及內(nèi)力效應(yīng)的增大系數(shù),據(jù)此對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行評估。 通過對監(jiān)測路段交通狀況的研究,證實(shí)了超限運(yùn)輸難以避免的事實(shí);根據(jù)計(jì)算分析超限車輛荷載對實(shí)橋產(chǎn)生的荷載效應(yīng)和內(nèi)力效應(yīng)的增加值,得到了超限車輛荷載會對橋梁的使用和壽命造成不利影響的結(jié)論;通過對實(shí)橋結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行評估,驗(yàn)證了超限車輛對橋梁運(yùn)營的影響;同時(shí),本文建立的超限車輛荷載模型能為橋梁的設(shè)計(jì)和維修提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and modernization in our country, and the drive of economic benefits of overload and overlimit transportation, the over-limit vehicles appear frequently. The use of overrun vehicles on bridges will cause great safety risks, and even some bridges will be crushed directly by heavy trucks. However, over-limit transportation is a worldwide problem, which is difficult to solve thoroughly in the short term, so, It is of great significance for the design and maintenance of bridges to study the overloading of vehicles. Based on the long-term monitoring data of vehicle load in the stone retaining expressway in Hangzhou, the traffic condition of the section is analyzed by using the basic theory and method of probability and statistics, and the traffic composition and distribution of the section are obtained. Then the corresponding program is compiled by MATLAB calculation software, and the data of overrun vehicle is screened according to the criterion of overrun vehicle, and the total weight, wheelbase and other parameters of the overrun vehicle are analyzed statistically, and the load model of the overrun vehicle is established. Finally, MIDAS finite element analysis software is used to model the real bridge, and the load effect caused by over-limit vehicle load on the real bridge and the internal force effect under two states are analyzed, and compared with the current urban bridge load. The increasing coefficients of load effect and internal force effect caused by over-limit vehicles are obtained, and then the bridge structure is evaluated. Through the study of the traffic condition of the monitoring section, the paper confirms the fact that it is difficult to avoid the over-limit transportation, and analyzes the added value of the load effect and the internal force effect of the over-limit vehicle load on the real bridge according to the calculation. It is concluded that the overrun vehicle load will have a negative impact on the use and life of the bridge. Through the evaluation of the actual bridge structure, the effect of the over-limit vehicle on the bridge operation is verified. At the same time, the influence of the overrun vehicle on the bridge operation is verified. The vehicle load model established in this paper can provide reference for bridge design and maintenance.
