配置梯次電池儲能系統(tǒng)的快速充電站經(jīng)濟性評估

【摘要】:由于電動汽車快速充電站大功率快速充電的特性會對電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定造成沖擊,因此考慮在電動車快速充電站中配置電池儲能系統(tǒng)(BESS),對充電站負(fù)荷進行削峰填谷,從而減少充電站變壓器配置容量、緩解大功率快速充電對電網(wǎng)的不利影響?紤]到目前我國大量退役動力電池亟待回收利用的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合梯次利用電池儲能系統(tǒng),建立了基于電動汽車快速充電站整體成本與收益的經(jīng)濟性評估模型,以快速充電站年凈收益最大為目標(biāo)函數(shù),采用改進的遺傳算法對模型優(yōu)化求解。結(jié)合算例對快速充電站不配置儲能、配置常規(guī)電池儲能和配置梯次電池儲能等不同情況進行了經(jīng)濟性評估,并綜合考慮經(jīng)濟性與儲能削減負(fù)荷的效果,確定了梯次電池儲能系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)容量配置方案。
[Abstract]:Since the characteristics of high power and fast charging in the rapid charging station of electric vehicle will impact on the stability of the power grid, it is considered to install the battery energy storage system (BESS) in the rapid charging station of electric vehicle to cut the peak and fill the valley for the load of the charging station. Therefore, the configuration capacity of charging station transformer is reduced, and the adverse effect of high power fast charging on power grid is alleviated. Considering the current situation that a large number of decommissioned power batteries are in urgent need of recycling in our country, an economic evaluation model based on the whole cost and income of the rapid charging station of electric vehicles is established, combining with the echelon utilization battery energy storage system. Taking the maximum annual net income of the rapid charging station as the objective function, an improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model optimization. Combined with an example, the economic evaluation is carried out for different situations, such as the rapid charging station is not equipped with energy storage, the conventional battery energy storage is configured and the ladder battery energy storage is configured, and the economy and the effect of reducing the load of energy storage are considered synthetically. The optimal capacity allocation scheme of the trapezoidal battery energy storage system is determined.
