【摘要】:高速公路瀝青路面在使用的過程中,,由于受到行車荷載和環(huán)境因素的共同作用,其使用性能和結(jié)構(gòu)性能將逐年下降,因此,需要對(duì)路面采取及時(shí)有效的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)措施,從而使路面的使用性能和服務(wù)水平能夠處于一個(gè)良好的狀態(tài)。隨著我國公路事業(yè)進(jìn)入以發(fā)展高等級(jí)公路建設(shè)為主的新時(shí)期,高速公路的養(yǎng)護(hù)與管理面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。在未來的一段時(shí)間,將有越來越多的高速公路迎來周期性的養(yǎng)護(hù),公路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理部門將要面臨公路集中養(yǎng)護(hù)的壓力。為了提高養(yǎng)護(hù)水平,以及緩解養(yǎng)護(hù)任務(wù)的資金壓力,研究何時(shí)進(jìn)行何種預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先,本文在查閱大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)現(xiàn)行公路瀝青路面使用性能的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,將結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度系數(shù)作為預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)的控制指標(biāo),并將車轍深度指數(shù)納入單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)中,建立出適用于高速公路瀝青路面使用性能的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。同時(shí),總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外常用路面使用性能預(yù)測模型的特點(diǎn),再結(jié)合我國路面使用性能預(yù)測現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建出適應(yīng)性較好的灰色馬爾可夫預(yù)測模型,并利用其對(duì)高速公路瀝青路面使用性能進(jìn)行預(yù)測。 其次,對(duì)國內(nèi)常用的瀝青路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)以及它們所具有的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,并歸類出各種預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)措施的適用條件,進(jìn)一步對(duì)公路瀝青路面的病害現(xiàn)象與各種養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)之間的聯(lián)系進(jìn)行了討論。進(jìn)而,在遵循預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)的選擇原則為前提條件下,以效益費(fèi)用分析法為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)分析決策法對(duì)預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)進(jìn)行確定,該方法可通過決策指標(biāo)的計(jì)算結(jié)果,科學(xué)地選擇出養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)最佳的方案。 最后,以某高速公路瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)工程的實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)該路面的各項(xiàng)使用性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測分析,并且確定出了最佳的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)機(jī),從而驗(yàn)證了本文所建立的使用性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、使用性能預(yù)測模型以及預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)確定方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In the process of using asphalt pavement of expressway, due to the joint action of driving load and environmental factors, its performance and structural performance will decline year by year. Therefore, it is necessary to take timely and effective preventive maintenance measures for the pavement. So that the pavement performance and service level can be in a good state. With the development of highway construction in China, highway maintenance and management are facing new challenges. In the future, more and more highways will meet the periodical maintenance, and the highway maintenance management department will be faced with the pressure of centralized maintenance. In order to improve the maintenance level and relieve the financial pressure of the maintenance task, it is of great practical significance to study when and which preventive maintenance should be carried out. First of all, on the basis of consulting a large number of related documents, this paper analyzes in detail the evaluation indexes of the performance of the existing highway asphalt pavement, and takes the structural strength coefficient as the control index of preventive maintenance. The rutting depth index is included in the evaluation of single index, and the evaluation index system suitable for the performance of expressway asphalt pavement is established. At the same time, the characteristics of common pavement performance prediction models at home and abroad are summarized, and then the grey Markov prediction model with good adaptability is constructed according to the present situation of pavement performance prediction in China. It is used to predict the performance of highway asphalt pavement. Secondly, the preventive maintenance technology of asphalt pavement and its characteristics are analyzed in detail, and the applicable conditions of various preventive maintenance measures are classified. The relationship between the disease phenomenon of highway asphalt pavement and various maintenance techniques is discussed. Furthermore, under the precondition of choosing preventive maintenance opportunity, based on the benefit and cost analysis method, the economic analysis decision method is used to determine the preventive maintenance opportunity. The method can be used to calculate the result of the decision-making index. Scientific choice of the best maintenance time program. Finally, based on the measured data of a highway asphalt pavement maintenance project, the performance indexes of the pavement are forecasted and analyzed, and the best preventive maintenance time is determined. Thus, the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system, the performance prediction model and the preventive maintenance timing determination method established in this paper are verified.
