基于承載能力鑒定的大跨徑鋼桁架橋梁安全評估分析

【摘要】:隨著社會不斷的發(fā)展,汽車保有量的不斷增加,龐大的車流量對已建道路、橋梁造成了不同程度的破壞;尤其是使用時間較為長久的大跨徑橋梁,隨著時間、環(huán)境等因素的不斷變化,橋梁的工作狀態(tài)、使用性能及承載能力也受到較大影響。本文以重慶牛角沱嘉陵江鋼桁架為研究對象,采用理論研究、數(shù)值模擬、結(jié)構(gòu)檢算分析及橋梁靜動荷載試驗相結(jié)合的方式對其進行安全性評估,為橋梁正常安全的運營提供理論指導(dǎo),具體的研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)運用橋梁承載力的相關(guān)理論對橋梁進行安全性評估,通過有限元軟件Midas Civil對橋梁進行建模,為評價橋梁的承載能力并對其進行安全評估奠定基礎(chǔ)。(2)對鋼桁架橋主橋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、橋面板及人行道板、墩臺及支座、伸縮縫、橋面系及附屬設(shè)施進行檢查,驗證是否有危害橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)安全的病害,進而提出維修建議。(3)對鋼桁架橋主橋鋼桁架、橋面車行道板及橋墩群樁基礎(chǔ)進行結(jié)構(gòu)檢算,以驗證大橋是否符合結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范與設(shè)計要求。(4)通過靜力荷載試驗,測定橋梁在試驗荷載作用下指定截面中的應(yīng)力、撓度或位移值,將實測值與理論值進行對比分析,以驗證大橋是否符合規(guī)范與設(shè)計要求。(5)通過控制荷載試驗的加載原則,對靜荷載試驗方法和動荷載試驗方法分別進行分析研究,基于荷載試驗對橋梁承載力進行評定,探討橋梁的實際結(jié)果是否符合規(guī)范計算的理論結(jié)果。(6)通過動力荷載試驗,測定橋梁在試驗荷載作用下的汽車荷載沖擊系數(shù)、主梁自振頻率等動力特性參量。(7)通過外觀檢查、結(jié)構(gòu)檢算、靜力荷載試驗、動力荷載試驗及裂縫觀測的試驗結(jié)果,對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)整體安全性做出評估,為橋梁加固、維修提供建議,并為以后的養(yǎng)護維修工作提供科學(xué)的數(shù)據(jù)資料。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the increasing number of cars, the huge traffic volume has caused different damage to the roads and bridges, especially the long-lasting long-span bridges, which are used for a long time. The continuous change of environment and other factors, the working state, service performance and bearing capacity of the bridge are also greatly affected. In this paper, the steel truss of Nijiaotuo Jialing River in Chongqing is taken as the research object. The safety of the truss is evaluated by the combination of theoretical research, numerical simulation, structural checking and analysis and static and dynamic load test of bridges. The specific research contents are as follows: 1) using the theory of bridge bearing capacity to evaluate the safety of bridge, and modeling the bridge by finite element software Midas Civil. In order to evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge and evaluate its safety, the steel structure, deck slab and sidewalk slab, pier abutment and support, expansion joint, deck system and ancillary facilities of the steel truss bridge are inspected. To verify whether there is any damage to the safety of the bridge structure, and then put forward the maintenance suggestion. (3) to check and calculate the steel truss of the main bridge of the steel truss bridge, the vehicular slab of the deck and the pile foundation of the piers. In order to verify whether the bridge meets the structural specifications and design requirements. (4) through static load tests, the stress, deflection or displacement values of the specified section of the bridge under test load are measured, and the measured values are compared with the theoretical values. In order to verify whether the bridge conforms to the specifications and design requirements, the static load test method and the dynamic load test method are analyzed and studied respectively through the loading principle of the control load test, and the bearing capacity of the bridge is evaluated based on the load test. To find out whether the actual results of the bridge accord with the theoretical results calculated by the code. (6) through the dynamic load test, the dynamic characteristic parameters of the bridge, such as the impact coefficient of automobile load, the natural vibration frequency of the main beam and so on, are determined under the test load. The results of structural check, static load test, dynamic load test and crack observation are used to evaluate the overall safety of bridge structure and provide suggestions for bridge reinforcement and maintenance. And for the future maintenance and repair work to provide scientific data.
