預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁在廣樂高速公路地基處理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:高速公路中利用預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁處理地基設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵是預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁豎向單樁承載力、路基穩(wěn)定性及工后沉降的確定。本文在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,對廣州-樂昌高速公路有代表性的路段按照其工程地質(zhì)情況進(jìn)行了路基穩(wěn)定系數(shù)及工后沉降的計(jì)算。闡述了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁適于的地質(zhì)條件、預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的分類及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁施工注意事項(xiàng)等。 首先根據(jù)廣州-樂昌高速公路軟土路基病害特點(diǎn),分析了橋梁方案的造價(jià)及水泥攪拌樁路基加固方案、塑料排水板路基加固方案、CFG樁路基加固方案、預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土樁路基加固方案的造價(jià)比較,確定了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁加固路基方案代替橋梁方案。建立了管樁加固高填土軟土路基的計(jì)算模型,對高填土軟土路基的沉降和穩(wěn)定安全系數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算;建立了剛性樁單樁承載力的計(jì)算模型,管樁處理下復(fù)核地基沉降和穩(wěn)定安全系數(shù)計(jì)算模型,對路基安全性進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析。從后期的監(jiān)控資料比較分析,該斷面在路面鋪筑前最大沉降16.6cm,計(jì)算理論值為57.6cm,,相差41.0cm,填土高度為14.0m,累計(jì)填土?xí)r間為14個(gè)月,累計(jì)側(cè)向位移為3cm,且未出現(xiàn)失穩(wěn)狀態(tài)。從監(jiān)測結(jié)果來看,利用預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁加固軟土地基時(shí)的沉降計(jì)算,當(dāng)以剛性樁的計(jì)算模型來確定其的單樁承載力,與實(shí)際比較吻合。
[Abstract]:The determination of bearing capacity of vertical single pile, stability of roadbed and settlement after construction are the key points in the design of foundation treated by prestressed concrete pipe pile in expressway. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper calculates the subgrade stability coefficient and post-construction settlement of representative sections of Guangzhou-Lechang Expressway according to its engineering geological conditions. The geological conditions suitable for prestressed concrete pipe pile, the classification of prestressed concrete pipe pile and the matters needing attention in construction of prestressed concrete pipe pile are expounded. Firstly, according to the characteristics of soft soil roadbed disease of Guangzhou-Lechang Expressway, this paper analyzes the cost of bridge scheme, the reinforcement scheme of cement mixing pile subgrade, the reinforcement scheme of plastic drainage board subgrade and CFG pile roadbed reinforcement scheme. Compared with the cost of the reinforcement scheme of prestressed concrete pile subgrade, the scheme of strengthening roadbed with prestressed concrete pipe pile instead of bridge is determined. The calculation model of high fill soft soil roadbed is established, the settlement and stability safety factor of high fill soft soil subgrade are calculated, and the calculation model of single pile bearing capacity of rigid pile is established. The calculation model of foundation settlement and stability safety factor is checked under pipe pile treatment, and the safety of subgrade is calculated and analyzed. From the comparative analysis of monitoring data, the maximum settlement of this section is 16.6 cm before pavement paving, the calculated theoretical value is 57.6 cm, the difference is 41.0 cm, the fill height is 14.0 m, the cumulative filling time is 14 months, the cumulative lateral displacement is 3 cm, and there is no unstable state. From the monitoring results, the settlement calculation of soft soil foundation strengthened by prestressed concrete pipe pile is carried out. When the calculation model of rigid pile is used to determine the bearing capacity of single pile, it is in good agreement with the actual situation.
