泥質(zhì)粉砂巖地層土壓平衡盾構(gòu)渣土改良試驗(yàn)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:摘要:在土壓平衡盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)過(guò)程中,為了使盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)順利、減小對(duì)地層擾動(dòng)且有效維持掌子面穩(wěn)定等目的,需要對(duì)渣土進(jìn)行改良。本文以南昌地鐵1號(hào)線五標(biāo)盾構(gòu)區(qū)間為依托,采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證等手段,重點(diǎn)對(duì)盾構(gòu)在泥質(zhì)粉砂巖均一地層砂礫石與其組成的上軟下硬地層中掘進(jìn)的渣土改良進(jìn)行了研究探討。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及成果如下: (1)基于所依托工程的地質(zhì)水文情況,對(duì)土壓平衡盾構(gòu)所掘進(jìn)地層的泥質(zhì)粉砂巖進(jìn)行礦物成分分析和液塑限試驗(yàn),并對(duì)富水砂礫石進(jìn)行篩分等試驗(yàn),推測(cè)盾構(gòu)在掘進(jìn)過(guò)程中存在結(jié)”泥餅”和噴涌等渣土改良問(wèn)題。 (2)針對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的渣土改良問(wèn)題,擬定室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)方案對(duì)渣土進(jìn)行改良試驗(yàn)以得到盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)的改良參數(shù)。根據(jù)各添加劑的改良機(jī)理擬采用泡沫劑進(jìn)行改良。同時(shí),為了鑒定改良劑的發(fā)泡和穩(wěn)定性能,設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)裝置對(duì)泡沫劑的性能進(jìn)行鑒定。其后進(jìn)行了坍落度試驗(yàn),確定了針對(duì)幾種典型渣土的改良參數(shù)。以此根據(jù)坍落度選定了渣土改良的含水率及最優(yōu)泡沫比。 (3)考慮到渣土改良的最優(yōu)泡沫比范圍較大的問(wèn)題,以渣土改良室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)根據(jù)渣土狀態(tài)的影響因素,對(duì)盾構(gòu)施工時(shí)的渣土改良泡沫劑用量進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。 (4)考慮現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地質(zhì)條件、隧道設(shè)計(jì)與施工參數(shù),推導(dǎo)出計(jì)算公式確定現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的渣土改良參數(shù)。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的改良參數(shù)進(jìn)行采樣以及參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)對(duì)渣土改良新方案進(jìn)行效果驗(yàn)證。實(shí)踐表明渣土改良新方案能夠有力地指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工,有效地預(yù)防泥質(zhì)粉砂巖地層中盾構(gòu)結(jié)”泥餅”和上軟下硬地層中噴涌等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in the process of earth pressure balanced shield tunneling, it is necessary to improve the residual soil in order to make the shield tunneling smooth, reduce the disturbance to the stratum and maintain the stability of the face effectively. Based on the five-mark shield machine section of Nanchang Metro Line 1, this paper adopts field investigation, indoor test, field application verification and so on. The improvement of residual soil driven by shield tunneling in the homogeneous formation of argillaceous siltstone and its composition in the upper soft and lower hard formations is studied and discussed in this paper. The main contents and results of this thesis are as follows: (1) based on the geological and hydrological conditions of the supported engineering, the mineral composition analysis and liquid-plastic limit test of argillaceous siltstone excavated by earth pressure balance shield tunneling are carried out, and the screening tests of water-rich sand and gravel are carried out. It is inferred that there are problems of mud cake formation and residual soil improvement in shield tunneling process. 2) aiming at the possible residual soil improvement problem, an indoor test scheme was developed to improve the residual soil in order to obtain the improved parameters of shield tunneling. According to the improvement mechanism of each additive, foam agent is used to improve the properties. At the same time, in order to identify the foaming and stability of the modifier, two devices were designed to evaluate the properties of the foam agent. Then the slump test was carried out, and the improvement parameters for several typical residual soils were determined. According to the slump, the moisture content and the optimum foaming ratio of residual soil were selected. (3) considering the problem that the optimum foaming ratio of residual soil improvement is large, based on the results of laboratory test of residual soil improvement, and according to the influence factors of residual soil state, the amount of residue modified foaming agent in shield tunneling construction is optimized. (4) considering the field geological conditions, tunnel design and construction parameters, the calculation formula is derived to determine the residual soil improvement parameters in site construction. The effect of the new scheme of residual soil improvement was verified by sampling the improved parameters in the field and statistics of the parameters. The practice shows that the new scheme of residual soil improvement can effectively guide the field construction and prevent effectively the problems of shield forming "mud cake" in muddy siltstone formation and jet in upper soft and hard stratum.
