盾構(gòu)隧道掘進對鄰近建筑物影響及變形預(yù)測研究

【摘要】:盾構(gòu)法已成國內(nèi)外地鐵隧道建設(shè)的主要施工方法之一,但仍將會對施工影響范圍內(nèi)土體產(chǎn)生擾動從而造成土體位移,變形過大會導(dǎo)致鄰近建筑物開裂、倒塌等一系列環(huán)境問題。本文采用現(xiàn)場測試法與理論分析法對盾構(gòu)掘進區(qū)域內(nèi)建筑物變形和受力進行了研究。本文主要創(chuàng)新工作如下: (1)現(xiàn)場測試方面主要包括: 對杭州地鐵1號線打鐵關(guān)站—閘弄口站區(qū)間工程進行了現(xiàn)場實測,研究了盾構(gòu)掘進對土體變形及鄰近不同基礎(chǔ)建筑物的影響,重點實測了盾構(gòu)下穿短樁基礎(chǔ)多層建筑物(第一汽車公司教練大隊辦公樓)的變形,以及鄰近淺基礎(chǔ)建筑物(文暉果品市場商鋪)及長樁基礎(chǔ)高層建筑物(野風(fēng)現(xiàn)代家園住宅樓)盾構(gòu)掘進引起的變形。 (2)理論分析方面主要包括: 1)土體變形方面:將盾構(gòu)掘進引起的土體損失認(rèn)為由開挖面出土平衡引起的土體損失和盾尾間隙及注漿產(chǎn)生的土體損失,推導(dǎo)了半無限空間三維土體變形計算公式,并給出了修正的Sagaseta地面縱向變形計算公式。 2)縱向變形方面:利用修正的Sagaseta縱向地面變形計算公式,推導(dǎo)出盾構(gòu)掘進區(qū)域淺基礎(chǔ)(短樁基礎(chǔ))建筑物地基、基礎(chǔ)和結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)同作用的力學(xué)模型及理論解。并利用盾構(gòu)掘進區(qū)協(xié)同作用力學(xué)模型,研究了建筑物剛度、地基基床系數(shù)和盾構(gòu)掘進過程中注漿率等施工參數(shù)變化對建筑物變形及內(nèi)力的影響。 3)橫向變形方面:分析了鄰近建筑物盾構(gòu)掘進引起的土體橫向的沉降分布規(guī)律,并給出了鄰近建筑物工況下盾構(gòu)隧道掘進引起的地表橫向沉降預(yù)測公式:“塞形分布曲線”、“偏態(tài)分布曲線”和“正態(tài)分布曲線”預(yù)測公式。并編制了可視化軟件“鄰近建筑物隧道施工影響系統(tǒng)”,進而可以判斷隧道掘進引起的地表橫向沉降槽大小,以及其對鄰近建筑物造成的損壞程度。
[Abstract]:The shield method has become one of the main construction methods of subway tunnel construction at home and abroad, but it will still cause soil displacement caused by disturbance in the influence range of the construction, and the deformation leads to a series of environmental problems such as cracks and collapse of adjacent buildings. This paper uses field test method and theoretical analysis method to construct the building in the shield tunnelling area. The main work of this paper is as follows:
(1) field testing mainly includes:
The field measurement is carried out on the interval project of the Hangzhou subway line 1 line tntun stop station, and the influence of the shield tunneling on the soil deformation and the adjacent buildings is studied. The deformation of the multi storey building under the shield with short pile foundation (the first coach of the first automobile company) and the adjacent shallow foundation buildings are measured. The deformation caused by shield tunneling in the long pile foundation high-rise building (wild wind modern residential building).
(2) the theoretical analysis mainly includes:
1) soil deformation: the soil loss caused by the shield tunneling is considered as the loss of soil loss, the gap between the shield and tail and the loss of soil mass caused by the excavation surface, and the calculation formula of the three-dimensional soil deformation in the semi infinite space is derived, and the modified formula of the vertical deformation of the Sagaseta ground is given.
2) longitudinal deformation aspect: using the modified Sagaseta longitudinal ground deformation calculation formula, the mechanical model and theoretical solution of the synergistic effect of the foundation and structure of the shallow foundation (short pile foundation) in the shield tunneling area are derived, and the stiffness of the building, the foundation bed coefficient and the shield are studied by using the mechanical model of the synergistic action of the shield tunnelling area. The influence of grouting parameters and other construction parameters on the deformation and internal forces of buildings during tunneling.
3) lateral deformation aspect: the lateral settlement distribution law of the soil caused by the shield tunneling of adjacent buildings is analyzed, and the prediction formula of the lateral settlement of the ground surface caused by the shield tunneling under the working condition of the adjacent buildings is given, which is the "plug distribution curve", the "partial distribution curve" and the "normal distribution curve" prediction formula. The visual software "adjacent to the tunnel construction impact system" can be used to determine the size of the lateral settlement trough caused by tunneling and the extent of damage to adjacent buildings.
