舊瀝青路面溫拌再生技術的研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面的設計壽命一般為12-15年。在運營期內,瀝青路面在行車荷載、氣候等綜合作用下,容易出現各種病害,因此當瀝青路面的行車舒適性和安全性達到一定限度時,就需要對其進行維修。我國每年進行維修養(yǎng)護的瀝青路面總里程較大,產生的廢舊瀝青路面材料若不加以利用,將會對環(huán)境造成嚴重污染、資源極大浪費。據不完全統(tǒng)計,如果對這些瀝青路面廢舊材料加以利用,每年可以節(jié)省材料費二十五億元以上,且以后每年會按照較大的比例增長。本研究首先對全國范圍內瀝青路面的使用狀況進行了普查,掌握了國內每年需要改造的瀝青路面的大致規(guī)模,對采用舊瀝青路面再生技術可能產生的經濟效益進行了估值。再則,對現有舊瀝青路面材料的熱拌技術和溫拌技術的優(yōu)缺點進行了對比,得出了采用溫拌技術的可行性和先進性。再次,對國內外溫拌瀝青技術的發(fā)展進行了歸納總結,對現有溫拌劑進行了技術分類。通過對溫拌瀝青材料和技術的調查分析,明確了目前國內外三大類溫拌劑,即發(fā)泡型、降粘型和表面活性型溫拌劑的作用原理,同時根據國內市場上溫拌劑的應用情況,將表面活性型溫拌劑作為本研究舊瀝青路面溫拌再生技術的材料。論文對舊瀝青路面產生的銑刨料的含水率、瀝青含量進行了測定,并對其中瀝青、集料性能進行評價;在兼顧混合料的性能和礦料合成級配的同時確定了舊瀝青路面銑刨料摻量;通過按比例添加溫拌劑確定了溫拌再生瀝青混合料的油石比;提出了溫拌再生瀝青混合料的配合比設計方法,開展了溫拌再生瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性和水穩(wěn)定性的路用性能試驗研究:最終通過舊瀝青路面溫拌再生實體工程及后期跟蹤觀測,進一步驗證溫拌再生瀝青路面的各項性能。
[Abstract]:The design life of asphalt pavement is generally 12-15 years. During the operation period, the asphalt pavement is prone to various diseases under the integrated effect of driving load and climate. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the asphalt pavement when the traffic comfort and safety reach a certain limit. The total mileage of the asphalt pavement in our country is compared to the asphalt pavement in our country. If the waste asphalt pavement material produced is not used, it will cause serious pollution and waste of resources. According to incomplete statistics, if the waste materials are used, the cost of material can be saved more than two billion and five hundred million yuan per year, and it will increase in a larger proportion every year. First of all this study is on the whole country. The use of the asphalt pavement in the range is surveyed, the rough scale of the asphalt pavement which needs to be reformed every year in China is mastered, and the possible economic benefits of the old asphalt pavement recycling technology are evaluated. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of the hot mixing technology and the warm mixing technology of the existing old asphalt pavement materials are compared. The feasibility and advanced nature of warm mixing technology were adopted. The development of warm mix asphalt technology at home and abroad was summarized, and the existing warm mixing agent was classified. Through the investigation and analysis of the material and technology of warm mix asphalt, the three kinds of warm mixing agents at home and abroad, namely, foaming, viscosity reducing and surface active warm mixing agents, were clarified. At the same time, according to the application of the warm mixing agent in the domestic market, the surface active warm mixing agent is used as the material for the warm mixing technology of the old asphalt pavement. The moisture content and the asphalt content of the milling material produced on the old asphalt pavement are measured, and the performance of the asphalt and the aggregate is evaluated. The mixture ratio of the old asphalt pavement was determined at the same time, and the asphalt mixture ratio was determined by adding warm mixing agent in proportion. The mixture ratio design method of warm mixed asphalt mixture was put forward, the high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and water of the mixture of warm mixed asphalt were carried out. Experimental study on stability of road performance: finally, the performance of warm mixed asphalt pavement was further verified through the old asphalt pavement warm mixed regenerated solid engineering and later tracking observation.
