【摘要】:瀝青路面是我國(guó)路面結(jié)構(gòu)的主要形式,,其中攤鋪、碾壓過(guò)程中存在的溫度離析已經(jīng)成為瀝青路面早期局部破壞的主要原因之一,所以瀝青混合料在壓實(shí)階段溫度的控制是影響其最終成型質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,及時(shí)地進(jìn)行溫度監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)溫度離析狀況做出正確的評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)提高道路施工質(zhì)量有很大的幫助。 本文從道路材料和施工角度闡述了溫度離析成因,通過(guò)對(duì)比當(dāng)前幾種路用溫度監(jiān)測(cè)方法證明了紅外熱像儀監(jiān)測(cè)溫度離析的優(yōu)勢(shì);利用紅外熱輻射規(guī)律,提出了使用紅外熱像儀監(jiān)測(cè)瀝青混合料溫度的正確操作方法;結(jié)合混合料溫度監(jiān)測(cè)的狀況對(duì)不同紅外熱像儀進(jìn)行了性能對(duì)比,選擇出了適用于監(jiān)測(cè)瀝青混合料的紅外熱像儀的具體參數(shù);改善了當(dāng)前溫度離析的研究?jī)H基于“點(diǎn)溫度”的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,運(yùn)用圖像處理技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了紅外圖像分割系統(tǒng),得到了影響溫度離析程度的低溫區(qū)域面積和分布兩個(gè)重要參數(shù),將研究范圍從“點(diǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)”擴(kuò)展到了“面統(tǒng)計(jì)”;改進(jìn)了美國(guó)NCAT溫度離析標(biāo)準(zhǔn),綜合溫差、低溫面積、低溫分布狀況三個(gè)參數(shù)提出了新的溫度離析評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)溫度離析指數(shù)TSI,彌補(bǔ)了當(dāng)前溫度離析評(píng)價(jià)僅依靠溫差判斷的缺陷;設(shè)計(jì)了室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)?zāi)M路面溫度離析,將溫度離析的研究從施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)移到實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)進(jìn)行;通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)得到的紅外圖像對(duì)溫度離析指數(shù)TSI進(jìn)行了反算與驗(yàn)證,檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明溫度離析指數(shù)可以對(duì)不同紅外圖像做出區(qū)分,證明此理論指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實(shí)際施工評(píng)價(jià)的可行性。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement is the main form of pavement structure in China. The temperature segregation in the process of spreading and compacting has become one of the main reasons for the early local damage of asphalt pavement. So the temperature control of asphalt mixture in compaction stage is the key factor to affect the final molding quality. Therefore, timely temperature monitoring and correct evaluation of temperature segregation are of great help to improve the quality of road construction. In this paper, the causes of temperature segregation are expounded from the point of view of road materials and construction. The advantages of infrared thermal imager in monitoring temperature segregation are proved by comparing with several current road temperature monitoring methods, and the rules of infrared thermal radiation are used. The correct operation method of using infrared thermal imager to monitor bituminous mixture temperature is put forward, and the performance of different infrared thermal imager is compared with the state of mixture temperature monitoring. The specific parameters of infrared thermal imager suitable for monitoring asphalt mixture are selected, the current research on temperature segregation is improved only based on the statistical method of "point temperature", and the infrared image segmentation system is designed by using image processing technology. Two important parameters, the area and distribution of low temperature region, which affect the degree of temperature segregation, are obtained, and the range of research is extended from "point statistics" to "surface statistics", and the American NCAT standard of temperature segregation is improved, the comprehensive temperature difference and low temperature area are improved. The three parameters of low temperature distribution condition put forward a new index of temperature segregation evaluation, temperature segregation index (TSI), which makes up for the defect that the current evaluation of temperature segregation only depends on temperature difference, and designs the indoor test to simulate the temperature segregation of road surface. The study of temperature segregation was transferred from the construction site to the laboratory, and the temperature segregation index (TSI) was calculated and verified by the infrared image obtained from the laboratory test. The test results show that the temperature segregation index can distinguish different infrared images and prove the feasibility of the theoretical index for practical construction evaluation.
