野三河懸索橋施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:懸索橋外觀優(yōu)美,但施工過(guò)程卻較為復(fù)雜,涉及諸多問(wèn)題。懸索橋的施工包括貓道架設(shè)、主纜架設(shè)、索夾放樣、主梁吊裝以及風(fēng)纜架設(shè)安裝等環(huán)節(jié)。每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的施工質(zhì)量都直接與全橋的成橋線形和結(jié)構(gòu)受力相關(guān),每個(gè)施工環(huán)節(jié)都會(huì)影響施工目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),決定著施工結(jié)果能否滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求。因此,對(duì)懸索橋的各個(gè)施工技術(shù)展開(kāi)研究極為重要。本文依托川氣東送野三河懸索橋工程,研究了懸索橋的貓道施工、主纜架設(shè)和加勁梁吊裝等施工技術(shù)。主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外懸索橋的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了懸索橋的力學(xué)特性和構(gòu)造特點(diǎn),指出了懸索橋的不足之處,展望了懸索橋的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì);(2)對(duì)貓道的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、布置形式進(jìn)行了討論。對(duì)貓道的架設(shè)過(guò)程、施工步驟和關(guān)鍵事項(xiàng)作了詳細(xì)的描述。(3)主纜架設(shè)過(guò)程中的線形控制是懸索橋成橋線形控制中最重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。懸索橋成橋線形取決于主纜的空纜線形。因此,對(duì)主纜的施工精度控制必須在架設(shè)施工階段進(jìn)行,特別是基準(zhǔn)束股(1#束股)的架設(shè)應(yīng)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的誤差控制。本文對(duì)主纜基準(zhǔn)束股和一般束股的架設(shè)過(guò)程和質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。(4)研究了野三河懸索橋加筋梁吊裝施工技術(shù)以及施工中的線形控制技術(shù),主要包括索夾放樣坐標(biāo)計(jì)算、鋼梁架設(shè)施工準(zhǔn)備、加筋梁吊裝施工以及施工過(guò)程中的線形監(jiān)控測(cè)量技術(shù)等。
[Abstract]:The suspension bridge has a beautiful appearance, but the construction process is complicated, which involves many problems. The construction of the suspension bridge includes the erection of cat Road, the main cable erection, the cable clamp setting, the hoisting of the main beam and the installation and installation of the wind cable. The construction quality of each link is directly related to the bridge alignment and structural stress of the whole bridge, and each construction link will affect the construction. The realization of the target determines whether the construction results can meet the design requirements. Therefore, it is very important to study the construction technology of the suspension bridges. This paper, based on the Three River Suspension Bridge project of the Sichuan gas east to the wild, has studied the construction of the catwalk of the suspension bridge, the main cable erection and the stiffening beam hoisting technology. The main contents include: (1) introducing the suspension at home and abroad. The present situation of the development and application of the cable bridge, summarizes the mechanical and structural characteristics of the suspension bridge, points out the shortcomings of the suspension bridge, and looks forward to the future development trend of the suspension bridge. (2) the structure parameters and layout of the cat road are discussed. The construction process and key items of the cat road are described in detail. (3) the erection of the main cable. The line shape control in the process is the most important link in the line shape control of the suspension bridge. The line shape of the suspension bridge depends on the line shape of the main cable. Therefore, the construction precision control of the main cable must be carried out during the erection construction stage, especially the setting of the reference beam (1# beam) should be strictly controlled. The erection process and quality control of beam strands and common bundles are expounded in detail. (4) the construction technology of stiffened beam in the Sanhe suspension bridge and the line control technology in the construction are studied, including the calculation of the coordinate of the cable clamp, the construction preparation of the girder erection, the hoisting construction of the stiffened beam and the line monitoring and measuring technology in the construction process.
