變截面PC連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋拆除分析及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制研究

【摘要】:橋梁拆除是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,目前橋梁拆除理論和拆除工藝未完全成熟,加上拆除現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境多變,因此拆除過(guò)程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)眾多,一旦發(fā)生事故,后果往往非常嚴(yán)重。為此,本文主要圍繞變截面預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土(PC)連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的拆除技術(shù)和拆除風(fēng)險(xiǎn)展開(kāi)研究。 首先,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁拆除成功與失敗的案例以及橋梁工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)基本理論,分析了橋梁拆除過(guò)程中事故頻發(fā)的原因,闡述了橋梁拆除及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究領(lǐng)域所存在的問(wèn)題。 其次,在既有橋梁拆除技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)原橋的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、工程規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)材料等提出變截面PC連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋可采用的拆除方法,建立了具體的拆除流程。此外,還探討了待拆橋梁的性能評(píng)估方法,以期全面把握原橋的工作狀態(tài);為進(jìn)一步降低施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn),還給出了變截面PC連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋拆除施工監(jiān)控的內(nèi)容和方法,并探討了拆除過(guò)程的難點(diǎn)。 接著,以一座(75+135+75)m三跨變截面PC連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的拆除為工程案例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行具體的拆除研究和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。通過(guò)方案比選提出最優(yōu)的拆除方案,明確拆除過(guò)程監(jiān)控的內(nèi)容和方法。運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件對(duì)該橋的工作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了性能和安全評(píng)估;針對(duì)拆除過(guò)程的關(guān)鍵階段,對(duì)該橋進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析。 最后,結(jié)合橋梁工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論,建立了橋梁拆除施工的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估框架,并對(duì)該P(yáng)C連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的拆除過(guò)程進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源辨識(shí)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源估測(cè)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等工作,提出了拆除風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理建議。 研究表明,本文所提出的拆除方案和拆除工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析方法切實(shí)可行,可供同類(lèi)型橋梁拆除時(shí)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Bridge demolition is a complex system engineering. At present, the theory and technology of bridge demolition are not fully mature, and the environment of demolition site is changeable, so the risk of demolition process is numerous, once accidents occur, the consequences are often very serious. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the demolition technology and risk of continuous rigid frame bridge with variable section prestressed concrete. Firstly, this paper introduces the successful and failed cases of bridge demolition at home and abroad and the basic theory of bridge engineering risk, analyzes the causes of frequent accidents in the process of bridge demolition, and expounds the problems existing in the field of bridge demolition and risk research. Secondly, on the basis of the existing bridge demolition technology, aiming at the original bridge structure system, project scale, structure material and so on, the paper puts forward the demolition method of PC continuous rigid frame bridge with variable cross section, and establishes the concrete demolition flow. In addition, the performance evaluation method of the bridge to be dismantled is discussed in order to grasp the working state of the original bridge in an all-round way, and in order to further reduce the construction risk, the contents and methods of monitoring and controlling the demolition of PC continuous rigid frame bridge with variable cross-section are also given. The difficulties in the process of demolition are also discussed. Then, taking the demolition of a three-span PC continuous rigid frame bridge with variable cross-section of 75 135 75m as an engineering case, the concrete demolition research and risk analysis are carried out. The optimal demolition scheme is put forward through scheme comparison, and the contents and methods of demolition process monitoring are clarified. The structure analysis software is used to evaluate the performance and safety of the bridge, and the structure of the bridge is calculated and analyzed in view of the key stage of the demolition process. Finally, combining with the risk theory of bridge engineering, the risk assessment framework of bridge demolition construction is established, and the risk source identification, risk analysis, major risk source estimation and risk control of the PC continuous rigid frame bridge are carried out. The suggestion of risk management of demolition is put forward. The research shows that the demolition scheme and the risk analysis method proposed in this paper are feasible and can be used for reference in the demolition of the same type of bridges.
