近接采空區(qū)隧道施工控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)交通建設(shè)的進(jìn)展,近接采空區(qū)的公路隧道、鐵路隧道不斷涌現(xiàn),如何確保近接采空區(qū)工程的施工安全和運(yùn)營(yíng)安全逐漸成為工程界所面臨的突出課題。因此本文以?shī)渖坭F路擴(kuò)能改造工程中的明清堂隧道為工程背景,針對(duì)穿越既有采空區(qū)隧道施工技術(shù)問(wèn)題,主要進(jìn)行了下幾個(gè)方面的研究工作:(1)運(yùn)用數(shù)值模擬手段,建立三維有限元模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分析下穿采煤巷道時(shí)隧道開(kāi)挖所引起的拱頂下沉、仰拱隆起、水平收斂值等洞周變形,以及掌子面及洞周塑性區(qū)深度及范圍等。(2)運(yùn)用數(shù)值模擬手段,研究穿越露天采空區(qū)對(duì)隧道穩(wěn)定性的影響程度,從洞周位移、支護(hù)內(nèi)力和塑性區(qū)分布等方面通過(guò)比較分析結(jié)合實(shí)際施工情況綜合確定適合明清堂隧道的施工方法。(3)根據(jù)明清堂隧道的工程特點(diǎn),分析研究近接采空區(qū)隧道施工控制技術(shù)和既有采空區(qū)處治、加固措施,為工程順利施工提供技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of traffic construction in our country, the highway tunnel and railway tunnel near goaf are emerging constantly. How to ensure the construction safety and operation safety of the near goaf project has gradually become an outstanding subject in the engineering field. Therefore, taking the Ming and Qing Tang Tunnel in the Loushao Railway capacity expansion Project as the engineering background, aiming at the technical problems of tunnel construction through the existing goaf, this paper mainly carries out the next several aspects of research work: 1) using numerical simulation means. The three-dimensional finite element model is established to calculate the deformation around the tunnel caused by tunnel excavation, such as vault uplift, horizontal convergence and so on. And the depth and range of plastic zone around the face of the palm and the hole, etc.) using the numerical simulation method, the influence of crossing the open pit goaf on the tunnel stability is studied, and the displacement around the tunnel is studied. According to the engineering characteristics of the Ming and Qing Tang Tunnel, the construction method suitable for the Ming and Qing Tang Tunnel is determined by comparing and analyzing the actual construction conditions in such aspects as the supporting internal force and plastic distinguishing cloth. This paper analyzes and studies the construction control technology of the tunnel in the near goaf and the treatment and reinforcement measures of the existing goaf to provide the technical guarantee for the smooth construction of the project.
