單鋼輪振動壓路機啟動過程動態(tài)特性研究

【摘要】:全液壓雙驅單鋼輪振動壓路機的作業(yè)性能好、動力性能強,能在多種復雜工況下工作,已廣泛應用于路基基層與底基層的壓實,市場占有率逐年增大。國產的雙驅單鋼輪振動壓路機發(fā)展起步晚,整機質量在不斷提高,但存在的缺陷不容忽視,比如發(fā)動機動態(tài)功率消耗較高、起步起振困難、工作參數(shù)不穩(wěn)定、液壓系統(tǒng)壓力沖擊和發(fā)動機掉速嚴重等,,因此提高國產單鋼輪振動壓路機的各項性能具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 理論分析能夠揭示事物的本質,清晰反映各影響因素間的關系;試驗研究能夠驗證理論模型的合理性與精確性。本文以理論分析為基礎、試驗研究為手段,將國產某型號單鋼輪振動壓路機作為研究對象,對壓路機行走系統(tǒng)、振動系統(tǒng)和整機動力系統(tǒng)在啟動過程中的動態(tài)特性展開研究。 通過建立壓路機行走系統(tǒng)、振動系統(tǒng)和整機動力系統(tǒng)在啟動過程的數(shù)學模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)壓路機行走系統(tǒng)在起步過程的動態(tài)特性與加速慣性負載有關,且加速度越大,動態(tài)性能變化越明顯;振動系統(tǒng)在啟動過程的動態(tài)特性主要受慣性負載影響,且振動馬達旋轉角加速度越大,系統(tǒng)各項性能波動越劇烈;整機在起步起振過程中的動態(tài)瞬時功率消耗較高,發(fā)動機掉速嚴重。通過樣機試驗發(fā)現(xiàn),壓路機行走系統(tǒng)、振動系統(tǒng)以及整機動力系統(tǒng)在啟動過程中均存在壓力沖擊和發(fā)動機掉速現(xiàn)象。壓力沖擊會嚴重影響發(fā)動機和液壓元器件的可靠性和使用壽命,因此必須抑制壓路機在啟動過程中過大的慣性負載。 將壓路機行走系統(tǒng)、振動系統(tǒng)和整機動力系統(tǒng)在啟動過程的各項工作參數(shù)帶入理論分析建立的數(shù)學模型中,將計算所得結果與通過試驗讀取的數(shù)據相比較,驗證所建立的理論模型,并分析兩種結果產生差距的原因。針對液壓系統(tǒng)壓力沖擊和發(fā)動機掉速問題,介紹了三種有效抑制慣性負荷的控制技術。 本文建立的壓路機行走系統(tǒng)、振動系統(tǒng)以及整機動力系統(tǒng)在啟動過程的數(shù)學模型,以及研究得到的相關結論,可為壓路機的設計和使用以及進一步研究壓路機的動態(tài)特性提供參考。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic double drive single wheel vibratory roller has good working performance and strong dynamic performance. It can work under many complicated working conditions. It has been widely used in compaction of subgrade base and bottom base, and the market share has increased year by year. The domestic double-drive single-wheel vibratory roller developed late and the quality of the whole machine was continuously improved. However, the defects can not be ignored, such as the high consumption of dynamic power of engine, the difficulty of starting vibration, the unstable working parameters, the high consumption of engine dynamic power, the difficulty of starting vibration, and the instability of working parameters. The pressure impact of hydraulic system and the speed drop of engine are serious, so it is very important to improve the performance of the single steel wheel vibratory roller made in China. The theoretical analysis can reveal the essence of things and clearly reflect the relationship among the influencing factors, and the experimental study can verify the rationality and accuracy of the theoretical model. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental study, the dynamic characteristics of roller walking system, vibration system and dynamic system of whole machine during start-up are studied in this paper by taking a single steel wheel vibratory roller made in China as the object of study. By establishing the mathematical models of the roller walking system, the vibration system and the whole machine power system in the starting process, it is found that the dynamic characteristics of the roller walking system in the starting process are related to the acceleration inertia load, and the acceleration is greater. The more obvious the change of dynamic performance is, the more the dynamic characteristic of vibration system is affected by inertial load, and the greater the angular acceleration of vibration motor is, the more violent the fluctuation of system performance is. The dynamic instantaneous power consumption of the whole machine in the starting process is high, and the engine speed drop is serious. Through the prototype test, it is found that there are pressure shock and engine speed drop in the starting process of the roller walking system, vibration system and the whole engine power system. Pressure shock will seriously affect the reliability and service life of engine and hydraulic components, so it is necessary to restrain the excessive inertia load in the starting process of the roller. The working parameters of the roller walking system, the vibration system and the whole engine power system in the starting process are introduced into the mathematical model established by theoretical analysis, and the calculated results are compared with the data read through the experiment. Verify the established theoretical model and analyze the causes of the gap between the two results. Aiming at the problems of hydraulic system pressure impact and engine speed drop, three effective control techniques for restraining inertia load are introduced. The mathematical models of the roller walking system, vibration system and the whole engine power system in the starting process are established in this paper, as well as the relevant conclusions of the research. It can provide reference for the design and application of roller and the further study of dynamic characteristics of roller.
