溫拌瀝青感溫性能及評價指標研究

【摘要】:瀝青的感溫性能對路面高溫抗車轍和低溫抗變形的影響較為顯著,因此,合理評價瀝青的感溫性能十分必要。該文利用不同溫度下的針入度與軟化點計算了摻加不同劑量EWMA-1的溫拌瀝青的針入度指數(shù)以及針入度-軟化點指數(shù),評價了感溫性能,再測定不同溫度條件下這幾種溫拌瀝青的運動粘度,運用Matlab進行線性及WLF方程回歸擬合,對比分析其粘-溫關系曲線,進而分析了溫拌瀝青的感溫性能及其評價指標。由此得出,普通瀝青的感溫性能可用針入度指數(shù)評價,而溫拌瀝青的粘-溫關系較好地滿足WLF方程,其感溫性能評價需要指定溫度條件。
[Abstract]:The temperature sensing performance of asphalt has a significant effect on the high temperature rutting resistance and low temperature deformation resistance of pavement, so it is necessary to evaluate the temperature sensing performance of asphalt reasonably. In this paper, the penetration index and penetration softening point index of warm mix asphalt with different dosage of EWMA-1 are calculated by using the penetration and softening point at different temperatures, and the temperature sensitivity is evaluated. Then the kinematic viscosity of these warm mix asphalt was measured under different temperature conditions. The linear and WLF equation regression fitting was carried out by Matlab, and the visco-temperature relation curve was compared and analyzed, and the temperature sensing performance and its evaluation index of warm mix asphalt were analyzed. It is concluded that the temperature sensing performance of common asphalt can be evaluated by penetration index, while the viscosity-temperature relationship of warm mix asphalt meets the WLF equation well, and the temperature sensing performance evaluation needs to specify temperature conditions.
