隔離層對(duì)水泥砼路面減振緩沖性能影響及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:車輛在水泥混凝土路面上行駛時(shí),由于路面的不平整,不規(guī)則坑槽,會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大振動(dòng)。振動(dòng)的同時(shí),車輛會(huì)對(duì)路面產(chǎn)生較大的沖擊作用,這個(gè)沖擊作用增大了路面和基層的作用應(yīng)力,使路面產(chǎn)生疲勞破壞,縮短了道路的使用壽命。根據(jù)這一現(xiàn)象,本文提出在水泥混凝土路面面層與基層之間增加一層隔離層,緩解車輛行車時(shí)對(duì)路面的沖擊作用,起到減振緩沖的效果。不同交通量不同車況區(qū)域使用何種隔離層才能有效保護(hù)路面尚無標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可查。本文通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有幾種隔離層材料的減振緩沖性能進(jìn)行分析,得出其減振緩沖規(guī)律。本文對(duì)水泥混凝土路面層間作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析,并使用振動(dòng)測(cè)試儀分別做了室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和室外試驗(yàn)。室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)中,對(duì)在不同隔離層材料下的水泥混凝土板進(jìn)行沖擊試驗(yàn),并分別記錄不同條件下的振動(dòng)波形。室外試驗(yàn)是在太古高速一段試驗(yàn)路上進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)振動(dòng)波形測(cè)試,分別記錄下不同隔離層時(shí)各種不同車輛荷載和車速情況下水泥混凝土板的振動(dòng)波形。通過對(duì)所得振動(dòng)波形進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比,得出不同隔離層條件下,水泥混凝土板的振動(dòng)衰減規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,鋪設(shè)土工布、橡膠板等隔離層材料后,在沖擊荷載作用下,水泥混凝土板振動(dòng)有明顯緩解,隔離層有一定的減振緩沖作用。工程實(shí)踐以及研究結(jié)果表明,有一定厚度的土工布和橡膠板能有效緩解水泥混凝土面層受到的振動(dòng)影響,吸收面層受到的沖擊力,有減振作用。因此,本文研究?jī)?nèi)容在水泥混凝土路面隔離層的設(shè)計(jì)和施工中一定的指導(dǎo)價(jià)值,為進(jìn)一步完善我國(guó)水泥混凝土路面隔離層技術(shù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù),消除實(shí)際工程中使用隔離層的盲目性,減少工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn),優(yōu)化工程投資,使路面壽命更長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:When the vehicle is running on the cement concrete pavement, it will produce large vibration due to the uneven and irregular potholes of the road surface. At the same time of vibration, the vehicle will have a great impact on the road surface, which increases the action stress of the pavement and the base course, causes the fatigue damage of the road surface, and shortens the service life of the road. According to this phenomenon, this paper proposes to add a layer of isolation layer between the surface of cement concrete pavement and the base course, to alleviate the impact of vehicle driving on the road surface, and to play the effect of damping and buffering. What kind of isolation layer can be used to effectively protect the road surface in different traffic volume and different traffic condition area is not yet standard to be checked. In this paper, the damping and buffering performance of several kinds of isolation layer materials are analyzed, and the damping and buffering laws are obtained. In this paper, the mechanism of interlayer action of cement concrete pavement is analyzed, and indoor and outdoor tests are done by using vibration tester. In the laboratory test, the cement concrete slabs with different isolation layers were tested by impact test, and the vibration waveforms under different conditions were recorded respectively. The field vibration waveform of cement concrete slabs under different vehicle loads and vehicle speeds were recorded in the outdoor test on the test road of Swire high speed, and the vibration waveforms of cement concrete slabs were recorded under different isolation layers. Through the analysis and comparison of the vibration waveforms obtained, the vibration attenuation law of cement concrete slabs under different isolation layer conditions is obtained. The results show that after laying geotextile and rubber sheet, the vibration of cement concrete slab is obviously alleviated under impact load, and the isolation layer has a certain effect of damping and cushioning. The engineering practice and research results show that a certain thickness of geotextile and rubber sheet can effectively alleviate the vibration of cement concrete surface, absorb the impact of surface layer, and reduce vibration. Therefore, the research content of this paper has certain guiding value in the design and construction of cement concrete pavement isolation layer, and provides scientific basis for further improving the technology of cement concrete pavement isolation layer in our country. The blindness of using isolation layer in practical engineering is eliminated, the engineering risk is reduced, and the project investment is optimized to make the pavement life longer.
