【摘要】：隨著國家中部崛起戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施，乘邵陽市整體納入武陵山片區(qū)扶貧開發(fā)之東風(fēng)，邵陽市委不失時機(jī)地提出后發(fā)趕超和“八個建成”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)飛速發(fā)展，市容市貌發(fā)生巨大變化，，外地各設(shè)計院開始角逐本地市場，邵陽市政設(shè)計院要想在未來的市場競爭中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢，能夠保質(zhì)保量按時完成任務(wù)，應(yīng)該在項(xiàng)目的時間管理上作進(jìn)一步思考和研究。質(zhì)量、范圍、成本是項(xiàng)目三個基本要素，所有項(xiàng)目都是由這三個基本要素組成。一個項(xiàng)目是否成功，時間是一個關(guān)鍵性的標(biāo)志。根據(jù)有關(guān)專家的研究，大部分項(xiàng)目失敗是因?yàn)楣て诔鲆笏鶎?dǎo)致。只有對項(xiàng)目時間管理進(jìn)行有效的管理，才能保證項(xiàng)目的成功。 因此，本文通過介紹和分析邵陽市政設(shè)計院的項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀，分析總結(jié)目前市政工程項(xiàng)目時間控制管理方面落后的原因。通過西湖南路改造市政工程項(xiàng)目這個案例，對如何在西湖南路改造項(xiàng)目中實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的時間管理，進(jìn)行理論分析探討，運(yùn)用時間管理的有關(guān)方式方法，對如何保障項(xiàng)目時間管理相關(guān)內(nèi)容的運(yùn)作和實(shí)施作詳細(xì)的闡述，結(jié)合業(yè)主的要求和項(xiàng)目計劃的目的，對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行有效的管理控制。在西湖南路改造市政工程這個范例中，就如何進(jìn)行時間管理運(yùn)作作深入的探討，目的在于幫助該院改變落后的管理模式，在以后的項(xiàng)目設(shè)計管理中進(jìn)行更為有效的時間管理，提高項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作中的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，提升其在未來市場競爭中的能力。
[Abstract]:With the further implementation of the strategy of the rise of the central part of the country, and taking Shaoyang as a whole into the east wind of poverty alleviation and development in the Wulingshan region, the Shaoyang Municipal Committee has lost no time in putting forward the strategic goal of catching up and catching up with the "eight completion". With the rapid development of urban infrastructure construction and the dramatic changes in the appearance of the city, the foreign design institutes have begun to compete for the local market. If Shaoyang Municipal Design Institute wants to occupy an advantage in the future market competition, it will be able to fulfill its tasks on time, with quality and quantity. Further reflection and study should be made on the time management of the project. Quality, scope, cost are the three basic elements of the project, all projects are composed of these three basic elements. Time is a key indicator of the success of a project. According to the experts concerned, most projects fail because the duration exceeds the requirements. Only the effective management of project time management can ensure the success of the project. Therefore, by introducing and analyzing the present situation of project management in Shaoyang Municipal Design Institute, this paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the backwardness in the time control management of municipal engineering projects at present. Through the case of West Hunan Road reconstruction municipal engineering project, how to realize effective time management in West Hunan Road reconstruction project, to carry out theoretical analysis and discussion, and to use relevant methods and methods of time management, This paper expounds in detail how to ensure the operation and implementation of the relevant contents of project time management, and combines the requirements of the owner and the purpose of the project plan, carries on the effective management control to the project schedule. In this example, how to carry out time management operation is discussed in order to help the hospital to change the backward management mode and to carry out more effective time management in the future project design management. Improve the economic benefit of the project operation, enhance its ability in the future market competition.
