西安市南門與環(huán)城南路隧道基坑工程施工組織與設計研究

【摘要】:論文以南門與環(huán)城南路基坑施工實例為依托,對基坑開挖過程中的施工組織、地下管線保護、交通疏導和基坑支護、降水、監(jiān)測等方面進行詳細地研究,解決主城區(qū)基坑施工難度大、對周圍環(huán)境及交通影響大等問題。 通過對現(xiàn)場地質勘察和周圍環(huán)境調查表明:南門與環(huán)城南路交通綜合治理工程沿線主要以人工填土、黃土及粉質粘土為主,整體地下水位較淺,對基坑的施工影響比較大;工程所處區(qū)域道路網(wǎng)發(fā)達,交通量大,且區(qū)域內地下管線較為復雜,場地范圍內有雨水、給水電信、天然氣等各種管線,,這些都是本基坑工程施工的重要影響因素。 綜合考慮現(xiàn)場工程地質、水位地質情況,及區(qū)域內地下管線、交通量因素,提出兩套基坑施工方案,經(jīng)過方案對比分析,確定一套合理的基坑施工方案,即灌注樁加內支撐的支護形式施工方案,并對此方案作出較為詳細的施工組織分析。 對工程區(qū)域的水文地質及周圍環(huán)境綜合分析,通過計算,提出了一套合理的基坑降水施工方案。 在基坑工程施工過程中,對地表沉降、水平位移、地下水位及支撐軸力等方面進行監(jiān)控量測,用現(xiàn)場實測的結果彌補理論分析過程中存在的不足,并把監(jiān)測結果反饋給設計、指導施工,同時驗證設計施工的合理性。 考慮區(qū)域內交通狀況及地下管線的影響,分別提出了合理的交通組織措施和地下管線保護方案,以保證基坑工程施工的安全性、合理性及有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction examples of the foundation pit in Nanmen and Huancheng South Road, the paper makes a detailed study on the construction organization, underground pipeline protection, traffic diversion and foundation pit support, precipitation and monitoring during the excavation process of the foundation pit. It is difficult to construct foundation pit in main urban area and has great influence on surrounding environment and traffic. Through field geological investigation and surrounding environment investigation, it is shown that: the road between Nanmen and Huancheng South Road is mainly filled with artificial soil, loess and silty clay are main, the whole groundwater level is shallow, and the influence on foundation pit construction is great; The road network of the project is developed, the traffic volume is large, and the underground pipeline in the area is more complicated. There are Rain Water, water supply telecommunication, natural gas and other pipelines in the field. These are the important factors influencing the construction of this foundation pit project. Considering the field engineering geology, water level geology, underground pipeline and traffic volume in the area, two sets of foundation pit construction schemes are put forward, and a set of reasonable foundation pit construction plan is determined through comparative analysis of the plans. That is, the construction scheme of cast-in-place pile with internal support, and the detailed analysis of the construction organization. Based on the comprehensive analysis of hydrogeology and surrounding environment in engineering area, a set of reasonable foundation pit dewatering construction scheme is put forward by calculation. In the process of foundation pit construction, the ground subsidence, horizontal displacement, underground water level and supporting axial force are monitored and measured, and the field measured results are used to make up for the deficiencies in the theoretical analysis process, and the monitoring results are fed back to the design. Guide construction and verify the rationality of design and construction. Considering the traffic situation in the area and the influence of underground pipeline, reasonable traffic organization measures and underground pipeline protection scheme are put forward to ensure the safety, rationality and effectiveness of foundation pit construction.
