鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁交通荷載特征和正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:正交異性鋼橋面板是由面板、縱向加勁肋和橫隔板組成的共同承受上部荷載的整體結(jié)構(gòu),以其自重輕、極限承載力大、施工周期短等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)外大跨度橋梁,,但其構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,在車輛循環(huán)荷載作用下疲勞問題突出,特別是橫隔板與縱向加勁肋相交的構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)位置,在各國橋梁實(shí)例中均發(fā)現(xiàn)不同程度的疲勞開裂現(xiàn)象。本文以天津市海河大橋為工程背景,結(jié)合橋梁檢測報告、現(xiàn)場試驗和有限元分析研究正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞性能,估算其構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)疲勞壽命,主要內(nèi)容包括: (1)現(xiàn)場檢測并記錄車輛通行過程中海河大橋橫隔板應(yīng)力響應(yīng),并同時攝錄通行車輛,統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),得到簡化車輛荷載譜。 (2)采用ABAQUS有限元分析軟件建立海河大橋鋼箱梁節(jié)段模型,計算簡化車輛荷載譜作用下橫隔板測點(diǎn)應(yīng)力歷程,通過雨流法分析與實(shí)測應(yīng)力歷程對比,校核簡化車輛荷載譜。 (3)利用校核后的車輛荷載譜計算海河大橋(有撐桿與無撐桿)構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)應(yīng)力應(yīng)變歷程,估算其疲勞壽命。對比設(shè)置撐桿前后,海河大橋構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)疲勞性能的差異。 (4)在橫隔板子模型中引入初始?xì)堄鄳?yīng)力,計算橫隔板挖孔位置應(yīng)變歷程,考慮平均應(yīng)力修正,重新估算挖孔位置疲勞壽命。 (5)研究易疲勞開裂位置主應(yīng)力狀態(tài)在車輛荷載作用下的變化,分析主拉應(yīng)力方向并與實(shí)際開裂方向進(jìn)行比較;分析主應(yīng)力幅值變化趨勢與橫隔板內(nèi)力變化趨勢的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Orthotropic steel bridge deck is a whole structure, which is composed of panel, longitudinal stiffener and diaphragm. It is widely used in large span bridges at home and abroad because of its advantages of light weight, large ultimate bearing capacity and short construction period. But its structure is complex and the fatigue problem is prominent, especially the diaphragm under the cyclic loading of vehicles. The structural details, which intersected with the longitudinal stiffener, found different degrees of fatigue cracking in the bridge examples in various countries. This paper, taking the Haihe Bridge in Tianjin as the engineering background, combined the bridge detection report, field test and finite element analysis to study the fatigue performance of the orthotropic steel bridge deck, estimated the structural details fatigue life, and the main fatigue life of the bridge. The contents include:
(1) on-site detection and record of the stress response of the cross beam of Haihe River Bridge during the process of vehicle passing, and simultaneous recording of vehicles and statistics, and simplified vehicle load spectrum.
(2) the section model of the steel box girder of Haihe Bridge is established by ABAQUS finite element analysis software, and the stress course of the measuring point of the diaphragm is calculated under the action of simplified vehicle load spectrum, and the load spectrum of the vehicle is checked by the comparison of the rain flow method and the measured stress history.
(3) to calculate the stress-strain history of the Haihe Bridge (with strut and non pole) by using the load spectrum of the checked vehicle, to estimate the fatigue life of the bridge, and to compare the structural details fatigue performance of the Haihe Bridge before and after the bracing.
(4) the initial residual stress is introduced into the horizontal plate model, and the strain history of the diaphragm is calculated, and the fatigue life of the hole position is reestimated by considering the correction of the average stress.
(5) study the change of the main stress state under the load of the vehicle, analyze the direction of the main tensile stress and compare with the actual cracking direction, and analyze the correlation between the trend of the change trend of the amplitude of the main stress and the change trend of the internal force of the diaphragm.
