【摘要】:瀝青混凝土再生技術(shù)應(yīng)用于公路中,可以提高資源的利用率、降低公路建設(shè)的成本以及保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,對(duì)促進(jìn)我國公路建設(shè)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展和發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)具有非常重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文分析了乳化瀝青冷再生技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,研究利用銑刨的舊瀝青路面材料(RAP),添加新料及摻加乳化瀝青進(jìn)行廠拌冷再生。通過乳化瀝青、RAP料的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)試驗(yàn)、廠拌乳化瀝青冷再生配合比設(shè)計(jì)研究,確定合理的再生瀝青混合料級(jí)配,結(jié)合乳化瀝青冷再生混合料的性能,并根據(jù)乳化瀝青冷再生混合料技術(shù)要求,,推薦了乳化瀝青冷再生配合比和最佳乳化瀝青用量;研究了延遲時(shí)間對(duì)廠拌乳化瀝青冷再生混合料性能的影響,以及廠拌乳化瀝青混合料施工工藝和廠拌乳化瀝青冷再生經(jīng)濟(jì)性。論文通過乳化瀝青性能及拌和效果、空隙率以及劈裂強(qiáng)度等一系列指標(biāo)的比較,綜合得出陽離子慢裂中凝型乳化瀝青適宜進(jìn)行乳化瀝青冷再生。通過試驗(yàn)路實(shí)施,驗(yàn)證了室內(nèi)研究成果,提出了廠拌乳化瀝青混合料施工技術(shù)要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The application of asphalt concrete recycling technology in highway can improve the utilization of resources, reduce the cost of highway construction and protect the ecological environment. It is of great practical significance to promote the sustainable development of highway construction and develop low-carbon economy in China. This paper analyzes the research status of cold recycling technology of emulsified asphalt at home and abroad, and studies the use of old asphalt pavement material, adding new materials and adding emulsified asphalt for cold recycling. Through the performance test of emulsified asphalt / rap mixture and the design of cold recycled mixture ratio of emulsified asphalt, the reasonable gradation of recycled asphalt mixture is determined, and the performance of cold recycled asphalt mixture is combined with that of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. According to the technical requirements of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture, the ratio of cold recycled emulsified asphalt and the optimum emulsified asphalt content are recommended, and the effect of delay time on the performance of cold recycled asphalt mixture is studied. And the construction technology of factory-mixed emulsified asphalt mixture and the economy of cold-regeneration of factory-mixed emulsified asphalt. By comparing the properties of emulsified asphalt, mixing effect, void ratio and splitting strength, it is concluded that the cationic slow cracking emulsified asphalt is suitable for cold regeneration of emulsified asphalt. Through the implementation of the test road, the indoor research results are verified, and the key points of construction technology of the factory-mixed emulsified asphalt mixture are put forward.
