貴港二線船閘泄水閥門體型研究

【摘要】:貴港船閘是西江航運(yùn)干線的咽喉,航運(yùn)地位十分重要。通過建立比尺為1∶15的泄水閥門非恒定流常壓模型,對(duì)6種動(dòng)水關(guān)門事故工況條件下貴港船閘泄水閥門3種體型的動(dòng)水啟閉力特性進(jìn)行了系列研究,獲得閥門底緣形式、閥門下游側(cè)面板是否封閉對(duì)動(dòng)水啟閉力的影響規(guī)律:閥門下游側(cè)面板不封閉將使下游河道水位的波動(dòng)直接傳播到閥門門井中,導(dǎo)致閥門啟閉力反復(fù)波動(dòng);當(dāng)閥門底緣朝下時(shí),底緣斜面壓力小,底緣受力主要表現(xiàn)為下吸力,因此對(duì)應(yīng)開門過程啟門力大、閉門過程閉門力小;閥門底緣朝上,底緣斜面壓力大,底緣受力主要表現(xiàn)為上托力,因此對(duì)應(yīng)開門過程啟門力小、閉門過程閉門力大,采用底緣朝上型閥門時(shí),應(yīng)考慮閥門配重。
[Abstract]:Guigang Shiplock is the throat of Xijiang main line, and the shipping position is very important. By establishing an unsteady flow atmospheric pressure model of discharge valve with a scale of 1:15, the characteristics of dynamic opening and closing force of three types of valve in Guigang shiplock under six conditions of dynamic water closure accident were studied, and the bottom edge of valve was obtained. The effect of valve downstream side panel closure on the dynamic opening and closing force: when the valve downstream side panel is not closed, the fluctuation of the downstream channel water level will propagate directly to the valve gate well, resulting in the valve opening and closing force fluctuating repeatedly; when the valve bottom edge is down, The lower suction is the main force on the bottom edge and the pressure on the bottom edge is low, so the opening force is large and the closed force is small during the process of opening the door, the bottom edge of the valve is facing up, the pressure on the bottom edge is large, and the force on the bottom edge is mainly the support force. Therefore, the opening force of the corresponding door opening process is small, and the closed force of the closed door process is large. When adopting the bottom-edge upward valve, the weight of the valve should be considered.
