半柔性彩色水泥灌漿瀝青路面關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前,為滿足公路交通運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展需求,克服瀝青路面和水泥路面各自的不足,很多國(guó)家提出了半柔性路面概念。半柔性路面即由水泥漿體和多孔瀝青混合料形成的復(fù)合材料路面。半柔性路面兼具水泥混凝土的剛性和瀝青混凝土的柔性,可以應(yīng)用于城市道路、交叉口、停車場(chǎng)、收費(fèi)站和港口等。在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文從三個(gè)方面展開(kāi)了綜合研究工作:首先,分析了半柔性路面的強(qiáng)度形成機(jī)理,并進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)出母體瀝青混合料配合比。研究?jī)?nèi)容包括(1)半柔性彩色水泥灌漿瀝青路面強(qiáng)度形成機(jī)理。(2)采用體積法設(shè)計(jì)母體瀝青混合料。(3)通過(guò)馬歇爾試驗(yàn)和日本的母體瀝青混合料指標(biāo),確定油石比為2.5%的母體瀝青混合料配合比。其次,著重討論了水泥砂漿的設(shè)計(jì)及制備方案,并就水泥砂漿的組成材料做了針對(duì)性的實(shí)驗(yàn)。進(jìn)而得出:在水灰比為0.5時(shí),水泥砂漿成型效果最佳時(shí)膨脹劑摻量控制在8%左右;減水劑摻量為1%,色粉以外摻的方式加入量為3%。最后,通過(guò)一系列室內(nèi)相關(guān)性能試驗(yàn)對(duì)半柔性路面彩色水泥灌漿材料的路用性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:相比熱拌瀝青混合料,灌漿復(fù)合材料的高溫穩(wěn)定性能優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,低溫性能略有降低,水穩(wěn)定性能符合普通瀝青混合料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
[Abstract]:At present, in order to meet the development needs of highway transportation and overcome the shortcomings of asphalt pavement and cement pavement, many countries put forward the concept of semi-flexible pavement. Semi-flexible pavement is a composite pavement formed by cement paste and porous asphalt mixture. Semi-flexible pavement has the rigidity of cement concrete and the flexibility of asphalt concrete, which can be used in urban roads, intersections, parking lots, toll stations and ports. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper has carried out comprehensive research work from three aspects: firstly, the strength forming mechanism of semi-flexible pavement is analyzed, and the mixture ratio of parent asphalt mixture is further designed. The research contents include: (1) the mechanism of strength formation of semi-flexible color cement grouting asphalt pavement. (2) the volume method is used to design the matrix asphalt mixture. (3) through Marshall test and Japanese matrix asphalt mixture index, The mixture ratio of parent asphalt mixture is determined to be 2.5%. Secondly, the design and preparation of cement mortar are discussed. The results show that when the water-cement ratio is 0.5, the content of expansive agent is about 8%, the amount of water reducing agent is 1, the addition of other than color powder is 3%. Finally, the pavement performance of color cement grouting material for semi-flexible pavement is studied systematically through a series of indoor related performance tests. The results show that compared with hot mix asphalt mixture, the high temperature stability performance of grouting composite is obvious, the low temperature performance is slightly reduced, and the water stability meets the requirements of common asphalt mixture standard.
