隧道支護優(yōu)化分析及施工監(jiān)測技術(shù)

【摘要】:本文闡述了國內(nèi)外監(jiān)控量測理論的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究了隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,然后針對公路隧道的具體情況,進行了隧道支護結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)值模擬分析和現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控量測。對某公路隧道初襯及二次襯砌的厚度進行了優(yōu)化分析,得出如下主要結(jié)論: (1)通過某公路隧道的施工監(jiān)控量測和FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬分析,對隧道的支護參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化,二次襯砌由原來的70cm減薄到V級圍巖45cm,Ⅳ級圍巖35cm,Ⅲ級圍巖30cm,F(xiàn)場監(jiān)測表明,隧道采用減薄二次襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)厚度的設(shè)計方案,不僅具有很強的可操作性,而且施工過程經(jīng)濟合理,安全可靠。 (2)選擇了不同類型(Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ級)圍巖測試段進行現(xiàn)場測試,并對工程施工安全和結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性進行評價;并結(jié)合公路隧道工程特點,選擇Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ級圍巖的三種不同支護襯砌結(jié)構(gòu),采用FLAC分析軟件,對初襯及二次襯砌受力進行仿真計算,,從理論上評價了隧道圍巖穩(wěn)定性和支護效果。 (3)現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)表明,初期支護與二次襯砌間的垂直接觸壓力較小,水平接觸壓力較大,由此推測,接觸壓力的大小與圍巖類型有密切的聯(lián)系,且二次襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的確起到了承受荷載的作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development status of monitoring and measurement theory at home and abroad is described, and the design of tunnel lining structure is studied. Then, the numerical simulation analysis and field monitoring measurement of tunnel supporting structure are carried out according to the concrete situation of highway tunnel. The thickness of primary and secondary lining of a highway tunnel is optimized and analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) through the construction monitoring measurement and FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis of a highway tunnel, the supporting parameters of the tunnel are optimized.
