隧道下穿高速公路段管棚預(yù)支護(hù)技術(shù)及其效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:管棚超前預(yù)支護(hù)技術(shù)能夠有效的限制地面沉陷、坍塌,保持地層處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),特別在下穿既有公路、鐵路及其他結(jié)構(gòu)物的隧道與地下工程施工中,管棚支護(hù)技術(shù)以其超前加固距離長(zhǎng)、可靠性高、工期短等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用。本文以熊洞灣隧道下穿高速公路段工程實(shí)例作為依據(jù),運(yùn)用彈性地基梁理論,建立管棚的雙參數(shù)彈性地基梁模型分析了管棚的受力和變形。采用三維有限差分軟件FLAC3D模擬了管棚與隧道開挖的相互作用,分析在管棚預(yù)支護(hù)情況下,隨著隧道的開挖,地層變形沉降情況。在理論分析、數(shù)值模擬的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一些設(shè)計(jì)和施工建議。主要研究如下: 1.介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外管棚支護(hù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,對(duì)管棚超前支護(hù)研究理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納; 2.結(jié)合熊洞灣隧道管棚設(shè)計(jì)與施工,研究管棚預(yù)支護(hù)效應(yīng)機(jī)理,分析管棚常用計(jì)算力學(xué)模型; 3.采用FLAC3D數(shù)值分析軟件對(duì)熊洞灣隧道下穿綿廣高速公路段在管棚支護(hù)下的開挖進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,分析在管棚預(yù)支護(hù)工況下,隨著隧道的開挖,管棚及地層沉降變形情況,同時(shí)模擬不設(shè)置管棚工況下,隨著隧道的開挖,管棚及地層沉降變形情況。研究在管棚支護(hù)作用下,隧道開挖的可行性以及實(shí)用性。 4.通過理論計(jì)算、數(shù)值模擬等方法對(duì)管棚預(yù)支護(hù)下隧道開挖過程中地層變形進(jìn)行綜合分析,并將分析結(jié)果運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The pipe shed advance pre support technology can effectively limit the ground subsidence, collapse, and keep the stratum in a stable state, especially in the tunnel and underground engineering construction of the tunnel and other structures, which have both the highway, railway and other structures. The pipe shed support technology is widely used for its advantages of long reinforcement distance, high reliability and short period of work. The two parameter elastic foundation beam model of the pipe shed is established by using the elastic foundation beam theory to analyze the stress and deformation of the pipe shed. The interaction between the pipe shed and the tunnel excavation is simulated by the three-dimensional finite difference software FLAC3D, and the excavation of the tunnel is analyzed with the excavation of the tunnel. Based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, some suggestions for design and construction are put forward.
