【摘要】：濟(jì)南長(zhǎng)清黃河公路大橋主橋?yàn)?102+4×168+102)m的變高鋼桁架連續(xù)梁橋。對(duì)該橋鋼桁梁型式,主桁型式,橋面板類型、結(jié)構(gòu)體系及其與縱橫梁及下弦的結(jié)合方式以及節(jié)間橫梁、橫聯(lián)設(shè)置與否等結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行比選。從結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、剛度、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等方面綜合考慮,最終推薦采用下承式鋼桁梁橋;設(shè)2片主桁,間距27m,主桁采用不帶豎桿的三角形桁架;橋面采用縱橫梁體系混凝土橋面板,橋面板與縱橫梁及鋼桁梁下弦桿結(jié)合;設(shè)置上平聯(lián)、橋門架,不設(shè)橫聯(lián)、下平聯(lián);不設(shè)節(jié)間橫梁的橋梁設(shè)計(jì)方案。目前該方案已順利實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of Jinan Changqing Yellow River Highway Bridge is a variable steel truss continuous girder bridge with 1024 脳 168 102 m. The steel truss type, main truss type, bridge deck type, structure system and its combination with longitudinal and horizontal beams and lower chords, as well as Internode beam, transverse connection or not, are compared and selected. Considering the structural strength, stiffness, economy and so on, it is recommended to adopt through steel truss bridge, with two main trusses with 27m spacing, triangular truss with no vertical bar, and concrete deck slab with longitudinal and horizontal beam system. The bridge deck plate is combined with the longitudinal and horizontal beam and the steel truss beam under the chord; the bridge design scheme is composed of the upper flat link, the bridge portal frame, the no horizontal connection, the lower flat connection, and the no intersected cross beam. At present, the program has been successfully implemented.
