呼和浩特市西二環(huán)城市快速路規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展加快了城市化進(jìn)程,,導(dǎo)致了我國(guó)城市人口規(guī)模、用地規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,城市的外圍組團(tuán)、衛(wèi)星城逐漸發(fā)展壯大,城市交通中出現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)短距離交通、快慢速交通混行的現(xiàn)象,從而加劇了城市交通的壓力;在當(dāng)前信息化高度發(fā)達(dá)的情況下,人們對(duì)出行時(shí)可達(dá)性的要求進(jìn)一步提高,要求城市交通高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);我國(guó)城市小汽車(chē)擁有量增長(zhǎng)迅速,但城市道路增長(zhǎng)率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)增長(zhǎng)率的情況下,機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)保有量的迅速增長(zhǎng)給本來(lái)就擁擠的城市交通帶來(lái)了更大的挑戰(zhàn),城市快速路建設(shè)將大大緩解城市交通壓力,對(duì)城市發(fā)展起到重要作用。 在分析呼和浩特市西二環(huán)快速路規(guī)劃建設(shè)的背景及其意義的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)分析研究區(qū)域概況(包括地形地貌、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造及地震、氣象條件和河流及地下水)、項(xiàng)目區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展情況、交通現(xiàn)狀(包括公路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀、城市道路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀、地鐵現(xiàn)狀、西二環(huán)現(xiàn)狀、西線(xiàn)交通流現(xiàn)狀)及居民出行現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合西二環(huán)影響局域的周邊路網(wǎng)、交通源、交通流量和居民出行現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,對(duì)研究局域的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和人口、機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)保有量和交通需求進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)和分析;計(jì)算了項(xiàng)目區(qū)道路的通行能力;對(duì)服務(wù)水平進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià);提出了西二環(huán)快速路的規(guī)劃的基本原則;分析了西二環(huán)交通定位和功能作用,并提出了西二環(huán)快速路的總體布置方案和主要節(jié)點(diǎn)方案。研究成果為呼和浩特市西二環(huán)的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)提供了重要的參考。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy speeds up the process of urbanization, which leads to the increasing scale of urban population, the scale of land use, the formation of outer groups of cities, the gradual development and growth of satellite cities, and the emergence of long and short distance traffic in urban traffic.The phenomenon of rapid and slow traffic mixing intensifies the pressure of urban traffic, under the condition of highly developed information technology, the requirement of accessibility to travel is further raised, and the efficient operation of urban traffic is required.The number of urban cars in our country is increasing rapidly, but the growth rate of urban roads is far lower than the growth rate of motor vehicles. The rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles has brought a greater challenge to the already congested urban traffic.Urban expressway construction will greatly relieve the pressure of urban traffic and play an important role in urban development.Based on the analysis of the background and significance of the planning and construction of the West second Ring Expressway in Hohhot, this paper analyzes and studies the general situation of the region (including topography, geomorphology, geological structure and earthquake).Meteorological conditions, river and groundwater conditions, social and economic status and development of the project area, traffic status (including road network, urban road network, subway, West second Ring Road, West Route Traffic flow) and residents' travel status.Combined with the investigation of the influence of the west second ring ring on the local peripheral road network, traffic source, traffic flow and residents' travel status, this paper forecasts and analyzes the local national economy and population, vehicle ownership and traffic demand.The capacity of the road in the project area is calculated, the service level is evaluated, the basic principles of the planning of the West second Ring Road are put forward, and the traffic orientation and function of the second Ring Road are analyzed.The general layout scheme and main node scheme of the West second Ring Expressway are put forward.The research results provide an important reference for the planning and construction of the West second Ring in Hohhot.
