獨(dú)塔斜拉橋設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及施工控制計(jì)算分析

【摘要】:獨(dú)塔斜拉橋是一種支承體系受拉,橋面體系受壓的橋梁。自獨(dú)塔斜拉橋橋型出現(xiàn)以來,由于造型美觀、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、造價(jià)經(jīng)濟(jì)而被國(guó)內(nèi)外廣泛采用,本文以在建的渦河三橋的施工監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目為工程背景,研究了其結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能、特征參數(shù)、無應(yīng)力索長(zhǎng)等,為監(jiān)控工作提供理論指導(dǎo)。 首先概述獨(dú)塔斜拉橋的起源發(fā)展和在國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了獨(dú)塔斜拉橋的分類,,分析了其結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢(shì)和受力特性,介紹了渦河三橋的設(shè)計(jì)和施工概況。 利用橋梁博士和ANSYS有限元軟件建立了渦河三橋的計(jì)算模型,分別對(duì)主梁、橫梁和橋塔進(jìn)行了靜力分析。根據(jù)各分析結(jié)果,對(duì)主梁截面應(yīng)力、內(nèi)力、索力、位移等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)及監(jiān)控指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。 獨(dú)塔斜拉橋結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能的影響參數(shù)有很多,本文著重分析了無索區(qū)長(zhǎng)度和塔跨比這兩個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)渦河三橋的結(jié)構(gòu)性能影響,總結(jié)出無索區(qū)長(zhǎng)度和塔跨比的合理取值范圍。 最后闡述了計(jì)算無應(yīng)力索長(zhǎng)的常用理論,分析比較了現(xiàn)有規(guī)范算法、實(shí)用迭代算法和快速算法之間的差異和適用范圍。針對(duì)斜拉索多次張拉的特點(diǎn),分析計(jì)算得到合理下料長(zhǎng)度。同時(shí)對(duì)施工中間索力進(jìn)行研究,得到施工中多次張拉時(shí)的索力范圍。
[Abstract]:Single tower cable-stayed bridge is a kind of bridge with support system under tension and deck system under compression.Since the appearance of single-tower cable-stayed bridge, it has been widely used at home and abroad because of its beautiful shape, reasonable structure and economical cost. This paper takes the construction monitoring project of the third Bridge under construction as the engineering background, and studies its structural mechanical performance.Characteristic parameters, stress-free cable length and so on, provide theoretical guidance for monitoring work.Firstly, the origin and development of single tower cable-stayed bridge and its research status at home and abroad are summarized, the classification of single-tower cable-stayed bridge is summarized, its structural advantages and mechanical characteristics are analyzed, and the design and construction of the third bridge are introduced.The calculation model of the third bridge is established by using the bridge doctor and ANSYS software, and the static analysis of the main beam, the crossbeam and the bridge tower is carried out respectively.According to the analysis results, the design and monitoring indexes of the cross section stress, internal force, cable force and displacement of the main beam are evaluated.There are many parameters affecting the structural performance of single tower cable-stayed bridge. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the design parameters of the cable-free zone length and the ratio of tower to span on the structure performance of the third bridge of the vortex river, and summarizes the reasonable value range of the length of the cable-free zone and the ratio of tower to span.At last, the common theory of calculating the length of unstressed cable is expounded, and the difference and application range between the existing standard algorithm, the practical iterative algorithm and the fast algorithm are analyzed and compared.In view of the characteristics of cable tensioning for many times, reasonable blanking length is obtained by analysis and calculation.At the same time, the middle cable force of construction is studied, and the range of cable force during construction is obtained.
