武漢市中一路下穿鐵路既有線的沉降分析

【摘要】:隨著快速客運(yùn)交通以及市政工程建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的鐵路平交道口正在不斷地被立交路口取代。鐵路沿線出于安全舒適、美觀穩(wěn)定、服務(wù)年限的考慮,對(duì)沉降控制提出了極高的要求。 本文基于武漢市中一路(發(fā)展大道~幸福大道)下穿鐵路既有線工程,分析了頂進(jìn)施工工藝流程,以沉降變形為主要控制目標(biāo),,研究了鐵路、公路線路沉降變形機(jī)制,對(duì)各個(gè)時(shí)間段內(nèi)的路基沉降量進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè)分析與數(shù)值模擬預(yù)測(cè),特別是對(duì)于汽車、列車動(dòng)載以及二者疊加作用對(duì)路基沉降的影響進(jìn)行了有力探索。對(duì)沉降機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討,分析了影響沉降的主要因素,有針對(duì)性地提出了相應(yīng)的解決方法和處理意見(jiàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)立體交通系統(tǒng)工后沉降的科學(xué)、有效的預(yù)測(cè)與強(qiáng)力、嚴(yán)格的控制,對(duì)于目前快速交通系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、施工,道路系統(tǒng)的改造、升級(jí),以及后期運(yùn)營(yíng)的保養(yǎng)、維護(hù),具有較大的理論意義和巨大的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文得出了以下結(jié)論: (1)汽車在動(dòng)載條件下產(chǎn)生的沉降比靜載時(shí)產(chǎn)生的沉降略大。汽車在速度為15m/s時(shí)動(dòng)載及靜載產(chǎn)生的沉降分別為0.9958mm和0.9939mm。 (2)速度較小時(shí),在相同速度下,汽車荷載產(chǎn)生的路基沉降比列車荷載大。速度較大時(shí),在相同速度下,列車荷載產(chǎn)生的沉降遠(yuǎn)大于汽車荷載。 (3)路基沉降隨著汽車、列車運(yùn)行速度的增加而不斷增大,隨著土層深度的增加而不斷減小。汽車和列車在路基頂部產(chǎn)生的沉降分別達(dá)到0.9mm和0.6mm。 (4)汽車和列車共同作用時(shí)產(chǎn)生的路基沉降比汽車、列車單獨(dú)作用時(shí)產(chǎn)生的沉降要大。不同的汽車、列車的速度組合,產(chǎn)生的路基沉降不同。路基沉降受汽車荷載的影響較大。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of rapid passenger transportation and municipal engineering construction, more and more railway level crossings are being replaced by interchanges.Due to the consideration of safety, comfort, beauty and service life along the railway line, the settlement control is required very high.Based on the existing railway line project of Zhongyi (Development Avenue to Happiness Avenue) in Wuhan City, this paper analyzes the technological process of jacking construction, taking settlement deformation as the main control object, and studies the settlement deformation mechanism of railway and highway lines.Data monitoring analysis and numerical simulation prediction of subgrade settlement in each time period are carried out especially for the dynamic load of vehicle train and the effect of superposition of both on subgrade settlement.The settlement mechanism is discussed, the main factors affecting the settlement are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions and treatment suggestions are put forward.Through the science of post-construction settlement of the three-dimensional traffic system, effective prediction and strong force, strict control, the design, construction, reconstruction, upgrading of the road system, and maintenance and maintenance of the later period of operation,It has great theoretical significance and huge social and economic benefits.This paper draws the following conclusions:1) the settlement of automobile under dynamic load is slightly larger than that under static load.When the vehicle speed is 15m/s, the settlement caused by dynamic load and static load is 0.9958mm and 0.9939mm.At the same speed, the subgrade settlement caused by the vehicle load is larger than the train load.At the same speed, the settlement caused by train load is much larger than that of vehicle load.3) the subgrade settlement increases with the increase of vehicle and train speed, and decreases with the increase of soil depth.The settlement of automobile and train on the top of roadbed reached 0.9mm and 0.6 mm. respectively.4) the settlement of roadbed caused by the joint action of vehicle and train is larger than that of vehicle and train acting alone.Different cars, train speed combination, resulting in different subgrade settlement.Subgrade settlement is greatly affected by vehicle load.
