【摘要】：九十年代初期中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展走入快車(chē)道，廣州作為改革開(kāi)放的前沿陣地，發(fā)達(dá)的珠江水系上不斷建設(shè)新碼頭，特別是對(duì)深水碼頭的開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)速度尤其快，引起了國(guó)內(nèi)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇，尤其是處于同一經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地的碼頭競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更是日趨白熱化。黃埔老港碼頭自從由國(guó)家交通部直屬管理到下放到地方管理，港口的壟斷地位逐漸被打破，雖然近年的業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)和財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)都不斷創(chuàng)新高，但在激烈殘酷的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下，如何保持自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，將公司做大做強(qiáng)，保持區(qū)域主樞紐港碼頭地位，是目前擺在經(jīng)營(yíng)者面前的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)。因此，，加強(qiáng)對(duì)黃埔老港碼頭發(fā)展策略的研究勢(shì)在必行，具有很好的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文將企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、現(xiàn)代港口學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科理論與廣州港黃埔老港碼頭的實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展結(jié)合起來(lái)，采用PEST分析、SWOT分析的方法，通過(guò)對(duì)黃埔老港碼頭發(fā)展外部環(huán)境分析、內(nèi)部發(fā)展分析，深入剖析影響碼頭發(fā)展的主要因素，并找出黃埔老港碼頭的外部機(jī)會(huì)和威脅以及內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，在此基礎(chǔ)上制訂了黃埔老港碼頭發(fā)展定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)，并對(duì)發(fā)展策略的有效實(shí)施提出了保障條件和對(duì)策措施的可行性建議。 通過(guò)本文的研究，希望能為黃埔老港碼頭的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供相關(guān)的理論和方法，為上級(jí)主管單位的宏觀管理提供一點(diǎn)參考。
[Abstract]:In the early 1990s, the development of China's national economy entered a fast track. Guangzhou, as the front line of reform and opening up, continued to build new wharves on the developed Pearl River system, especially the deep-water wharfs.The domestic port competition intensifies, especially the wharf competition in the same economic hinterland is becoming more and more intense.Since Huangpu Laogang Wharf was managed by the State Ministry of Communications to be decentralized to local management, the monopoly position of the port has been gradually broken. Although the business indicators and financial indicators of recent years have constantly reached new highs, they have been subjected to fierce and cruel market competition.How to maintain its own advantages, to make the company bigger and stronger, and to maintain the status of the regional main hub port are the realistic challenges facing the operators at present.Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the research on the development strategy of Whampoa Wharf, which is of great practical significance.This paper combines the theories of enterprise development strategy, modern port science, industrial economics and regional economics with the actual operation and development of Huangpu port wharf in Guangzhou, and adopts the method of PEST analysis.Through the analysis of the external environment and internal development of the Whampo-Laogang wharf, the main factors influencing the development of the wharf are analyzed, and the external opportunities and threats, as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses of the Whampo-Laogang Wharf are found out.On this basis, the development orientation and development goal of Whampo-Laogang terminal are worked out, and the feasible suggestions for the effective implementation of the development strategy are put forward.Through the research of this paper, it is hoped that it can provide relevant theories and methods for the sustainable development of Whampo-Laogang Wharf, and provide some reference for the macro management of superior units in charge.
