鋪裝層對正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞性能影響的研究

【摘要】:正交異性板結構板件眾多、縱橫肋交錯且立體焊縫數(shù)量較多,因而受力復雜、應力集中程度顯著,導致其疲勞問題突出。另一方面,正交異性鋼橋面板結構的抗疲勞設計一般從正交異性鋼橋面板自身構造參數(shù)的考慮居多,同時結合橋面鋪裝進行一體化設計的研究相對較少。論文考慮橋面鋪裝的作用,首先通過有限元仿真分析重點研究了鋪裝的構造及性能參數(shù)變化對正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞性能的影響,其次驗證了當前國內(nèi)外常用的鋪裝作用簡化方法的安全性,最后對疲勞分析時考慮鋪裝作用的輪載加載面積的擴散角進行了討論。具體工作如下: (1)回顧了正交異性鋼橋面板的發(fā)展史,總結了正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞裂紋種類及位置,整理了關于鋪裝與正交異性鋼橋面板一體化研究的文獻; (2)闡述了鋼橋疲勞損傷機理與結構疲勞破壞的類型,詳述了變幅疲勞強度與等幅疲勞強度的轉(zhuǎn)換過程,介紹了應力歷程的處理方法; (3)歸納了鋼橋面鋪裝的特點,綜述了鋪裝的材料組成與結構形式及其主要病害,確定了鋪裝主要參數(shù)的變化范圍;闡述了當前國內(nèi)外常用的鋪裝簡化方法,為有限元分析提供理論基礎; (4)建立了帶鋪裝的正交異性鋼橋面板的參數(shù)化有限元仿真分析模型,從鋪裝與鋼橋面頂板的層間結合狀態(tài),鋪裝的厚度、彈性模量與結構形式四個方面研究了鋪裝對選取的易損細節(jié)疲勞性能的影響; (5)對考慮鋪裝擴散效應即擴散角的簡化方法進行了有限元分析,提出了針對結構抗疲勞計算的擴散角范圍。
[Abstract]:The orthotropic plate structure has a large number of plates with interlaced longitudinal and transverse ribs and a large number of three-dimensional welds. As a result, the stress is complex and the stress concentration is significant, which leads to the prominent fatigue problems of orthotropic plates.On the other hand, the fatigue resistance design of orthotropic steel bridge panel structure is generally considered from the orthotropic steel bridge panel structure parameters, while the research of integrated design combined with deck pavement is relatively rare.Considering the function of deck pavement, the influence of pavement structure and performance parameters on fatigue performance of orthotropic steel bridge is studied by finite element simulation.Secondly, the security of the simplified method of pavement action is verified. Finally, the diffusion angle of the loading area considering the pavement action is discussed in fatigue analysis.The specific work is as follows:1) the development history of orthotropic steel bridge panel is reviewed, the types and location of fatigue cracks in orthotropic steel bridge panel are summarized, and the literatures on the integration of pavement and orthotropic steel bridge face are summarized.(2) the fatigue damage mechanism of steel bridge and the type of fatigue failure of steel bridge are expounded, and the conversion process between the variable amplitude fatigue strength and the equal amplitude fatigue strength is described in detail, and the treatment method of stress history is introduced.This paper sums up the characteristics of steel bridge deck pavement, summarizes the material composition and structure form of pavement and its main diseases, determines the variation range of main parameters of pavement, and expounds the simplification methods of pavement commonly used at home and abroad.To provide the theoretical basis for finite element analysis;(4) the parametric finite element simulation model of orthotropic steel bridge panel with pavement is established, which is based on the state of interlaminar bonding between pavement and steel deck roof, and the thickness of pavement.The influence of pavement on fatigue properties of selected vulnerability details is studied in four aspects of elastic modulus and structure form.5) the simplified method of considering diffusion effect of pavement is analyzed by finite element method, and the range of diffusion angle for fatigue resistance of structure is proposed.
