【摘要】:從高速公路路網(wǎng)建設(shè)以來,對于新建高速公路技術(shù)日益成熟,但在走向成熟過程中會遺留下許多問題,除了顯而易見的環(huán)境污染問題,以及越來越得到重視的資源浪費問題,更重要也日益突出的問題是原先因在探索階段所建的高速公路的各方面性能雖然短期滿足要求,但是長期性能下降嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致壽命遠(yuǎn)低于設(shè)計使用壽命,再加上我國公路交通負(fù)荷較大,公路損壞更是頻繁,對公路的養(yǎng)護(hù)維護(hù)產(chǎn)生巨大的壓力。針對我國公路面臨大規(guī)模改擴建及大修的大環(huán)境,需要對再生的方案進(jìn)行必要的研究。從再生方案選擇、再生方案的設(shè)計及施工質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控入手,把再生的應(yīng)用在技術(shù)層面上加深研究,,從而達(dá)到資源最大利用的目的。 本文依托石安高速公路改擴建工程,從現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)外再生技術(shù)入手,分析各個再生方法的適用性,提出石安高速改擴建的再生方法,并調(diào)查國內(nèi)外已建廠拌熱再生改造公路的舊料摻配比例及再生層位選擇,結(jié)合石安舊料篩分后的級配及性能,對石安現(xiàn)有舊料摻配比例進(jìn)行改進(jìn),并從瀝青老化程度、舊料摻配率及是否添加改性劑方面進(jìn)行高比例廠拌熱再生方案選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的擬定。對石安高速高比例混合料的級配進(jìn)行研究,對舊料的控制、級配選擇及調(diào)整提出改進(jìn)意見,并對施工中需要注意的操作進(jìn)行改進(jìn)建議,提出一整套高比例再生混合料設(shè)計的方案,并對于路用性能實驗的選擇進(jìn)行一定的研究。
[Abstract]:Since the highway network construction, the technology of newly built expressway has become more and more mature, but in the process of becoming mature, many problems will be left behind, in addition to the obvious environmental pollution problem, as well as the problem of waste of resources, which has been paid more and more attention to.More important and increasingly prominent is the fact that, although the various aspects of the highway originally built during the exploration phase met the requirements in the short term, the long-term performance declined seriously, leading to a life span well below the designed service life.In addition, the highway traffic load is heavy and the highway damage is more frequent in our country, which has great pressure on the maintenance and maintenance of the highway.In view of the large scale reconstruction and extension and overhaul of highway in our country, it is necessary to study the plan of regeneration.Starting with the selection of regeneration scheme, the design of regeneration scheme and the monitoring of construction quality, the application of regeneration in the technical level is further studied, so as to achieve the purpose of maximum utilization of resources.Based on the reconstruction and extension project of Shi'an Expressway, starting from the existing domestic and foreign regeneration technology, this paper analyzes the applicability of each regeneration method, and puts forward the regeneration method of Shi'an High Speed Reconstruction and extension Project.It also investigates the mix proportion of used materials and the selection of regenerative layer of the road that has been reclaimed by domestic and foreign factories, and combines the gradation and performance of Shi'an used materials after screening, and improves the proportion of existing used materials in Shi'an, and from the degree of asphalt aging, it improves the existing mix proportion of used materials in Shian.The selection criteria of high proportion of heat regeneration scheme for mill mixing were worked out in terms of blending ratio of used materials and whether to add modifier or not.This paper studies the gradation of Shi'an high speed and high proportion mixture, puts forward some suggestions for improving the control, gradation selection and adjustment of used materials, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the operation that should be paid attention to in construction.This paper puts forward a set of design scheme of high proportion recycled mixture, and studies the choice of road performance experiment.
