【摘要】：針對混堆模式下集裝箱碼頭的多場橋調(diào)度問題,考慮該模式下內(nèi)外集卡等待對碼頭作業(yè)成本影響程度的不同,以及多場橋作業(yè)時相互間的干擾和堆場內(nèi)集卡等待時間上限等約束,提出一個多場橋調(diào)度整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型。為提高遺傳算法的全局尋優(yōu)能力,設(shè)計了新的變異操作,引入了解空間切割方法,并在算法框架中嵌入基因修復(fù)技術(shù),提出改進(jìn)遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解。通過多次數(shù)值實驗,驗證了算法的優(yōu)越性;基于不同任務(wù)規(guī)模的實驗分析,驗證了所提調(diào)度方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the multi-field bridge scheduling problem of container terminal in the mixed reactor mode, considering the difference of the influence degree of the inside and outside card waiting on the terminal operation cost under this mode,A multi-field bridge scheduling integer programming model is proposed based on the constraints of the interference between each other and the upper limit of the waiting time of the card in the yard.In order to improve the ability of global optimization of genetic algorithm, a new mutation operation is designed, and the method of knowing space cutting is introduced, and the gene repair technique is embedded in the framework of the algorithm, and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.The superiority of the proposed algorithm is verified by several numerical experiments, and the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling method is verified based on the experimental analysis of different task scales.
