蘇通大橋主塔施工進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量綜合控制研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)隨著公路橋梁建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的不斷增加,橋梁施工過(guò)程中的進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量協(xié)調(diào)控制問(wèn)題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái),如何科學(xué)有效的組織施工進(jìn)度和保證工程質(zhì)量是現(xiàn)代橋梁施工企業(yè)面臨的主要問(wèn)題。橋梁施工進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量的協(xié)調(diào)控制是保證施工順利進(jìn)行、提高工程質(zhì)量、加快施工進(jìn)度的重要手段,更是有效提高施工企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。 本文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外特大跨江跨海斜拉橋的施工技術(shù)特點(diǎn),分析總結(jié)了斜拉橋主塔施工中遇到的主要問(wèn)題,提出了大型斜拉橋主塔施工質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度協(xié)調(diào)控制的具體解決方法和策略,即①超高高度的混凝土泵送的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析與解決方法;②受風(fēng)力影響的主塔施工的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題及解決方法;③混凝土耐久性的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題及解決方法;④爬模系統(tǒng)配備問(wèn)題與選擇;⑤施工過(guò)程中進(jìn)度控制的要點(diǎn)。這些方法和策略對(duì)類似斜拉橋的主塔施工中進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量控制提出指導(dǎo)意義。 其次根據(jù)斜拉橋主塔施工工藝和施工過(guò)程中的遇到的典型問(wèn)題,提出將排隊(duì)論引入斜拉橋主塔施工中,建立了斜拉橋主塔施工進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量綜合控制AB模型,并從①液壓爬模系統(tǒng)提升速度和服務(wù)時(shí)間;②鋼筋工程綁扎進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量監(jiān)督;③混凝土一次性澆筑體積與養(yǎng)生時(shí)間這三方面對(duì)主塔施工系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化提出了意見。 最后,依托蘇通長(zhǎng)江大橋工程主塔施工,驗(yàn)證斜拉橋主塔施工進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量綜合控制AB模型的有效性和適用性,同時(shí)從時(shí)間效率,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益三方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous increase of highway and bridge construction projects, the problem of coordinated control of progress and quality in the process of bridge construction has gradually emerged.How to organize the construction schedule scientifically and effectively and ensure the engineering quality are the main problems faced by the modern bridge construction enterprises.The coordinated control of bridge construction progress and quality is an important means to ensure the smooth construction, improve the engineering quality and speed up the construction progress. It is also the key to effectively improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprises.This paper first introduces the construction technical characteristics of the cable-stayed bridge across the river at home and abroad, and analyzes and summarizes the main problems encountered in the construction of the main tower of the cable-stayed bridge.The concrete solution and strategy of coordinated control of construction quality and schedule of the main tower of large cable-stayed bridge are put forward, that is, the analysis and solution of the quality problem of the concrete pumping system of super high height;2 the quality problem and solution of main tower construction affected by wind force, the quality problem of concrete durability of No.3 concrete and the solution to the problem of installation of No. 4 climbing formwork system and the key points of schedule control in the selection of No. 5 construction process.These methods and strategies provide guidance for progress and quality control in the construction of the main tower similar to cable-stayed bridges.Secondly, according to the construction technology of cable-stayed bridge main tower and the typical problems encountered in the construction process, the queuing theory is introduced into the construction of the main tower of cable-stayed bridge, and the AB model of construction schedule and quality comprehensive control of the main tower of cable-stayed bridge is established.Suggestions on optimization of construction system of main tower are put forward from three aspects: (1) hydraulic climbing formwork system lifting speed and service time ~ (2) reinforcing bar engineering binding progress and quality supervision, and (3) concrete one-off pouring volume and health preservation time.Finally, based on the construction of main tower of Sutong Yangtze River Bridge, the validity and applicability of AB model for construction schedule and quality control of cable-stayed bridge are verified. At the same time, it is evaluated from three aspects: time efficiency, economic benefit and social benefit.
