【摘要】：為降低干線公路安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),做到交通事故的提前預(yù)防。將預(yù)警管理理論應(yīng)用于干線公路安全預(yù)警,將干線公路預(yù)警系統(tǒng)分為數(shù)據(jù)采集、安全評(píng)價(jià)和報(bào)警判定三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)。數(shù)據(jù)采集階段,根據(jù)干線公路特點(diǎn)建立了干線公路安全預(yù)警評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。安全評(píng)價(jià)階段,運(yùn)用可柘物元評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)干線公路安全等級(jí)進(jìn)行計(jì)算。根據(jù)等級(jí)計(jì)算結(jié)果,在報(bào)警階段進(jìn)行相應(yīng)級(jí)別的響應(yīng)。以G107河南省安陽(yáng)縣路段作為實(shí)例,結(jié)果顯示,該路段在2008年安全等級(jí)為Ⅲ級(jí),預(yù)警級(jí)別為橙色,且自2008年至2012年安全狀況有逐漸變好的趨勢(shì)。最后,基于預(yù)警管理理論思想,提出了優(yōu)化干線公路安全預(yù)警的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,以期為干線公路突發(fā)事件的預(yù)警提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the safety risk of trunk roads, traffic accidents can be prevented in advance.The early warning management theory is applied to the safety early warning of the trunk highway. The early warning system of the trunk road is divided into three subsystems: data collection, safety evaluation and alarm judgment.In the stage of data acquisition, the evaluation index system of highway safety is established according to the characteristics of trunk highway.In the stage of safety evaluation, the safety grade of trunk highway is calculated by using the evaluation model of matter element.According to the result of grade calculation, the corresponding level of response is carried out in the alarm stage.Taking the road section of Anyang County in Henan Province as an example, the result shows that the safety grade of the section is grade 鈪，
