橋面鋪裝的合理結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)橋梁建設(shè)飛速發(fā)展,結(jié)構(gòu)形式不斷創(chuàng)新,但在橋梁設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),對(duì)橋面鋪裝的設(shè)計(jì)大部分使用傳統(tǒng)形式,不作專門計(jì)算,,僅參照構(gòu)造要求。但隨著交通量的增加,橋面鋪裝的病害問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,不能達(dá)到相關(guān)橋面鋪裝的設(shè)計(jì)壽命,這樣不僅影響橋梁的正常使用,易造成橋梁交通事故,同時(shí)為橋梁的維修工作帶來(lái)極大不便。橋面鋪裝問(wèn)題已成為影響橋梁正常使用的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,需要在以后的橋梁設(shè)計(jì)工作中多加注意。 本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)黑龍江省的橋梁橋面鋪裝進(jìn)行廣泛調(diào)查,采用彈性理論分析水泥橋面在不同橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)(梁橋?yàn)橹鳎┥系氖芰推茐臋C(jī)理,提出了適用于高寒區(qū)環(huán)境和工程特點(diǎn)的簡(jiǎn)支結(jié)構(gòu)、簡(jiǎn)支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)結(jié)構(gòu)、連續(xù)結(jié)構(gòu)等三大類公路梁橋水泥混凝土橋面鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)。然后通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),分別研究了鋼纖維水泥混凝土、聚丙烯纖維水泥混凝土的配合比理論、配合比影響因素、配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法,采用落錘沖擊試驗(yàn)和彎拉彈性模量試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土的韌性系統(tǒng)性評(píng)價(jià),以快凍法和抗?jié)B系數(shù)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)橋面鋪裝用纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土耐久性系統(tǒng)性評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)在滿足橋面混凝土技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下優(yōu)化纖維用量;其次,結(jié)合引入摻加引氣劑技術(shù),進(jìn)一步提高橋面混凝土的耐久性。最后通過(guò)依托工程和省內(nèi)其他現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),提出寒區(qū)纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土橋面鋪裝設(shè)計(jì)、施工技術(shù)指南。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the bridge construction in our country has developed rapidly and the structure form has been innovated constantly. However, in the bridge design, most of the bridge deck pavement design uses the traditional form, does not make the special calculation, only refers to the construction request.However, with the increase of traffic volume, the problem of bridge deck pavement is becoming more and more serious, which can not reach the design life of the related deck pavement, which not only affects the normal use of the bridge, but also causes the bridge traffic accident.At the same time, it brings great inconvenience to the maintenance of bridge.The bridge deck pavement problem has become a key problem affecting the normal use of bridges, and should be paid more attention to in the future bridge design work.Firstly, through the extensive investigation of bridge deck pavement in Heilongjiang Province, the elastic theory is used to analyze the stress and failure mechanism of cement deck on different bridge structures (beam bridges).Three types of cement concrete deck pavement structures of highway girder bridges are proposed, which are simple supported structure, simple support and continuous structure, which are suitable for the environment and engineering characteristics of high cold region.Then, through laboratory tests, the mixing ratio theory of steel fiber cement concrete and polypropylene fiber cement concrete, the influence factors of mix ratio and the design method of mix ratio are studied respectively.The impact test and flexural modulus test were used to evaluate the toughness and systematic evaluation of fiber reinforced concrete, and the durability of fiber reinforced concrete for bridge deck pavement was systematically evaluated by quick freezing method and permeability coefficient.At the same time, under the premise of meeting the technical standard of bridge deck concrete, the fiber dosage is optimized. Secondly, the durability of bridge deck concrete is further improved by introducing the technology of adding air entraining agent.Finally, by relying on the engineering and other field tests in the province, the technical guide for the design and construction of fiber reinforced concrete bridge deck pavement in cold area is put forward.
