剪力釘集束式與均布式布置下鋼—混組合梁橋受力分析

【摘要】:鋼-混組合梁橋是通過剪力釘連接混凝土橋面板與鋼主梁。目前剪力釘布置方式主要采用均布式,其剪力釘受力具有比較均勻的特征,但是也造成混凝土橋面板必須預(yù)制施工,引起不便。港珠澳大橋鋼-混組合連續(xù)箱梁的剪力釘采用了新穎的集束式布置方式,它可以對橋面板進(jìn)行分塊預(yù)制整體拼裝,具有施工速度快、安裝質(zhì)量好的特點(diǎn)。但是,剪力釘集束式布置對鋼-混組合梁橋整體受力性能的影響和剪力釘?shù)氖芰π阅艹蔀闃蛄涸O(shè)計(jì)人員非常關(guān)心的問題。據(jù)此,開展剪力釘集束式和均布式布置下鋼-混組合梁橋受力特性分析研究,對掌握鋼-混組合梁橋的設(shè)計(jì)方法和營運(yùn)性能具有重要的理論意義。 本文針對港珠澳大橋非通航孔6×85m組合連續(xù)梁橋開展受力性能分析,采用生死單元法模擬港珠澳大橋的實(shí)際施工過程,即大節(jié)段整體吊裝、簡支變連續(xù)、支點(diǎn)頂升與回落、支點(diǎn)縱向預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉以及二期恒載的全過程。按照剪力釘集束式布置和剪力釘均布式布置兩種方式,分別計(jì)算了鋼-混組合梁橋受力性能和剪力釘?shù)氖芰顩r,為鋼-混組合梁橋剪力釘集束式布置提供分析依據(jù)。研究主要內(nèi)容和成果如下: (1)剪力釘集束分布和均勻分布單跨精細(xì)子模型選取全橋模型中剪力釘受力最不利的85m邊跨,以全橋模型切割邊界上的位移作為精細(xì)模型的邊界條件。剪力釘采用BEAM188梁單元模擬,程序中直接輸入剪力釘?shù)慕孛、彈性模量和泊松比等材料性質(zhì),避免了彈簧單元剪切剛度不穩(wěn)定的缺點(diǎn),以準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算出每個(gè)剪力釘?shù)目v向剪力、橫向剪力和拉拔力。 (2)在成橋階段恒載和最不利活載作用下,剪力釘集束分布與均勻分布時(shí)組合梁的撓度、混凝土橋面板應(yīng)力以及鋼梁應(yīng)力基本相同。對比剪力釘集束分布與均勻分布分別在恒載、最不利活載、收縮、升溫和降溫下剪力釘?shù)氖芰,得到剪力釘均勻分布比集束分布受力更均勻,但最大值差別不大。 (3)對集束分布和均勻分布下縱向剪力和拉拔力最大位置剪力釘分別進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算,得到兩種分布形式下剪力釘受力都在使用狀態(tài)承載力范圍內(nèi),滿足正常使用要求?紤]到當(dāng)剪力釘采用集束布置時(shí)混凝土橋面板可以采用預(yù)制施工,相比現(xiàn)澆橋面板施工,預(yù)制混凝土橋面板施工的方法在經(jīng)濟(jì)性、施工性、工期方面都有很大的優(yōu)勢,因此剪力釘集束分布方案值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Steel-concrete composite beam bridge connects concrete deck slab with steel main beam by shear nail.At present, the arrangement of shear nails mainly adopts the uniform distribution type, and the shear nail has the characteristic of uniform force, but it also causes the precast construction of concrete bridge deck, which causes inconvenience.The shear nail of the steel-mixed composite continuous box girder of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge adopts a novel cluster arrangement. It can be used to assemble the deck of the bridge by block prefabrication and integral assembly, which has the characteristics of fast construction speed and good installation quality.However, the influence of shear nail cluster arrangement on the overall mechanical behavior of steel-concrete composite beam bridge and the mechanical behavior of shear nail have become a problem of great concern to bridge designers.Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance to analyze and study the mechanical characteristics of steel-concrete composite beam bridge under shear nail cluster and uniform arrangement, which is of great theoretical significance for mastering the design method and operation performance of steel-concrete composite beam bridge.In this paper, according to the mechanical performance analysis of 6 脳 85m composite continuous girder bridge with non-navigable holes, the actual construction process of the bridge is simulated by using the birth and death element method, that is, the whole lifting of large segment, the change of simple support to continuous, the uplift and fall of fulcrum.The whole process of longitudinal prestressing tension of fulcrum and the second stage dead load.According to the two types of shear nail cluster arrangement and shear nail uniform arrangement, the mechanical behavior and shear nail force condition of steel-concrete composite beam bridge are calculated respectively, which provides the basis for the analysis of the shear nail cluster arrangement of steel-concrete composite beam bridge.The main contents and results of the study are as follows:1) the single span fine submodel of shear nail cluster distribution and uniform distribution selects 85 m edge span which is the most unfavorable shear nail force in the whole bridge model. The displacement on the cutting boundary of the whole bridge model is taken as the boundary condition of the fine model.The shear nail is simulated by BEAM188 beam element. The material properties such as section, modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio are directly input into the program, which avoids the disadvantage of unstable shear stiffness of spring element, so as to accurately calculate the longitudinal shear force of each shear nail.Transverse shear and drawing force.(2) under the action of dead load and most unfavorable live load, the deflection of composite beam, the stress of concrete deck slab and the stress of steel beam are basically the same when the distribution of shear nail cluster is equal to that of uniform distribution.Compared with the uniform distribution of shear nail under dead load, most unfavorable live load, shrinkage, heating and cooling, it is found that the uniform distribution of shear nail is more uniform than that of cluster distribution, but the maximum value is not different.3) the strength of the maximum position shear nail of longitudinal shear force and drawing force under cluster distribution and uniform distribution is calculated separately, and the results show that the shear nail force is in the range of service state bearing capacity under the two distribution forms, which meets the requirements of normal use.Considering that precast construction can be used for concrete deck slab when shear nail is arranged by cluster, the construction method of precast concrete deck slab has great advantages in economy, constructability and time limit, compared with that of cast-in-place deck slab construction.Therefore, the scheme of shear nail cluster distribution is worth popularizing.
