基于熵權(quán)法的旅游公路景觀評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:隨著公路里程的快速增長(zhǎng)和旅游業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,如何把公路交通與周邊環(huán)境合理地融為一體,實(shí)現(xiàn)公路的暢安舒美,已經(jīng)成為旅游公路景觀建設(shè)中的一個(gè)重要課題。 公路景觀評(píng)價(jià)是衡量公路工程對(duì)環(huán)境影響程度的一種方法,通過景觀評(píng)價(jià),可以揭示了公路周邊人類社會(huì)活動(dòng)與自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)之間的影響關(guān)系,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果可以作為環(huán)境保護(hù)措施的決策依據(jù)以及公路景觀規(guī)劃建設(shè)的參考。同時(shí),通過景觀評(píng)價(jià)可以為我國(guó)建設(shè)完善的風(fēng)景道即旅游公路體系打下理論基礎(chǔ),并且可以為旅游公路服務(wù)等級(jí)評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定提供參考。 本文首先對(duì)旅游公路進(jìn)行了定義,對(duì)旅游公路在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。在對(duì)熵原理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了信息熵以及熵權(quán)法在景觀評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。 目前,,常用于公路景觀評(píng)價(jià)的方法主要包括景觀美學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)和景觀綜合評(píng)價(jià)。其中,景觀綜合評(píng)價(jià)包括了生態(tài)、美學(xué)、文化等內(nèi)容的總體評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)合常用公路景觀綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法的分析,重點(diǎn)對(duì)比了層次分析法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度評(píng)價(jià)法、以及基于層次分析法的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法在公路景觀評(píng)價(jià)中的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),以上四種評(píng)價(jià)方法的共同缺點(diǎn)是無(wú)法消除評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的主觀性。 為盡量減小主觀性對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的影響,本文提出了使用熵權(quán)法對(duì)旅游公路景觀進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià);陟貦(quán)法,首先目標(biāo)分解法對(duì)旅游公路景觀構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行分類分層,建立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和熵權(quán)模型;其次針對(duì)景觀構(gòu)成要素設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)重要性進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,計(jì)算熵權(quán)。指標(biāo)的熵值越小,熵權(quán)越大,亦即該評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)包含的信息量越大,在旅游公路景觀評(píng)價(jià)中該指標(biāo)的重要性越高。熵權(quán)計(jì)算的結(jié)果表明,沿線生態(tài)環(huán)境類指標(biāo)是旅游公路評(píng)價(jià)中最重要的指標(biāo),其次是公路設(shè)計(jì)要素類指標(biāo),最后是路域文化景觀類指標(biāo)。 論文參考行業(yè)內(nèi)專家提出的公路景觀評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)劃分方法,建立了旅游公路景觀綜合評(píng)分模型,參考一般公路景觀等級(jí)劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出了旅游公路景觀等級(jí)劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 最后以海南省東郊至龍樓旅游公路景觀設(shè)計(jì)為例,依據(jù)景觀評(píng)價(jià)各指標(biāo)熵權(quán),以及旅游公路景觀綜合評(píng)分模型,計(jì)算其景觀設(shè)計(jì)綜合評(píng)分和景觀等級(jí)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of highway mileage and the sustainable development of tourism, how to combine highway traffic with surrounding environment reasonably and realize the smooth and comfortable of highway has become an important subject in the construction of tourist highway landscape. Highway landscape evaluation is a method to measure the impact of highway engineering on the environment. Through landscape evaluation, the influence relationship between human social activities and natural ecosystem around the highway can be revealed. The evaluation results can be used as the decision basis of environmental protection measures and the reference of highway landscape planning and construction. At the same time, the evaluation of landscape can lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of a perfect scenic road in China, that is, the tourist highway system. And can provide the reference for the establishment of the evaluation standard of the service grade of the tourist highway. This paper first defines the tourism highway, summarizes the development of the tourist highway at home and abroad, and on the basis of studying the entropy principle, expounds the application of information entropy and entropy weight method in the landscape evaluation system. At present, the methods commonly used in highway landscape evaluation mainly include landscape aesthetics evaluation and landscape comprehensive evaluation. Combined with the analysis of common highway landscape comprehensive evaluation methods, this paper mainly compares AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, grey relational degree evaluation, and so on. As well as the advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP in highway landscape evaluation, the common shortcoming of the four evaluation methods is that the subjectivity of evaluation results can not be eliminated. In order to minimize the impact of subjectivity on the evaluation results, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation of tourist highway landscape by entropy weight method. Based on entropy weight method, the objective decomposition method is used to classify and stratify the elements of tourism highway landscape. The evaluation index system and entropy weight model are established. Secondly, the importance of the design index of landscape components is investigated and the entropy weight is calculated. The smaller the entropy value of the index is, the greater the entropy weight is, that is, the more information the evaluation index contains, the more information the evaluation index contains. The result of entropy weight calculation shows that the ecological environment index along the route is the most important index in the tourism highway evaluation, and the next is the key factor index of highway design. Finally, the road cultural landscape indicators. Referring to the classification method of highway landscape evaluation grade put forward by experts in the industry, the comprehensive evaluation model of tourist highway landscape is established, and the standard of tourism highway landscape grade classification is put forward by referring to the general highway landscape classification standard. Finally, taking the landscape design of tourism highway from the eastern suburb of Hainan Province to Longlou as an example, according to the entropy weight of each index of landscape evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation model of tourist road landscape, the comprehensive score and landscape grade of landscape design are calculated.
