多層介質(zhì)寒區(qū)公路隧道保溫層厚度計(jì)算的一種解析方法

【摘要】:新疆天山的玉希莫勒蓋隧道處于高海拔季節(jié)性凍土地區(qū),為防止凍害的發(fā)生,需要對(duì)所需保溫層厚度進(jìn)行研究。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題建立計(jì)算模型,采用Laplace積分變換的方法得到了由于保溫作用而沒(méi)有相變發(fā)生時(shí)寒區(qū)隧道溫度場(chǎng)的解析分析方法;通過(guò)與stehfest方法對(duì)比分析,基于高斯正交法則和快速Fourier變換的Den Iseger方法具有更好的穩(wěn)定性和準(zhǔn)確性,采用該數(shù)值反演方法進(jìn)行Laplace逆變換的求解。根據(jù)對(duì)玉希莫勒蓋隧道的分析表明,保溫層、襯砌與圍巖中的溫度都隨著大氣溫度呈簡(jiǎn)諧振動(dòng);現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采用的5 cm厚保溫層內(nèi)外溫差達(dá)9.63℃,不能保證該隧道圍巖不發(fā)生凍脹現(xiàn)象;要保證其在設(shè)計(jì)年限內(nèi)不發(fā)生凍脹所需要的最小保溫層厚度為27 cm;通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)物理參數(shù)的分析表明:對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)對(duì)固體介質(zhì)的表面溫度的最值影響較大,但對(duì)保溫層厚度的影響較小;隨著年平均氣溫的升高所需保溫層的厚度越小,保證的安全年限越長(zhǎng),厚度也越大;隨著地層溫度的升高,所需保溫層厚度逐漸減小;最后對(duì)年平均氣溫和地層溫度的不同組合情況進(jìn)行擬合分析,得出保溫層厚度與這兩因素的相關(guān)關(guān)系,可為該地區(qū)其他隧道的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The Yuximolegi Tunnel in Tianshan Mountain Xinjiang is located in the seasonal frozen soil area at high altitude. In order to prevent the occurrence of freezing damage the thickness of the required insulation layer should be studied.In order to solve this problem, the analytical analysis method of tunnel temperature field in cold region is obtained by using Laplace integral transformation method, which is compared with stehfest method.The Den Iseger method based on Gao Si's orthogonal rule and fast Fourier transform has better stability and accuracy. The numerical inversion method is used to solve the inverse Laplace transform.According to the analysis of the Yuximolegai tunnel, the temperature of the insulation layer, lining and surrounding rock is simple and harmonic with the atmospheric temperature, and the difference between the inside and outside temperature of the 5 cm thick insulation layer is 9.63 鈩,
