硅藻土改性瀝青及其質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為了解決瀝青路面在使用過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,減少道路病害,提高道路的使用性能和壽命,向瀝青中添加改性劑已成為一種重要的手段。硅藻土作為一種瀝青改性劑,添加到瀝青混合料當(dāng)中,不僅改善了瀝青路面的路用性能,而且與一般的聚合物改性劑相比,,生產(chǎn)價格低廉,可以降低改性瀝青的成本,具有很廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。對于硅藻土瀝青改性劑的開發(fā)與使用,國內(nèi)外已有一些研究,但是對于硅藻土改性瀝青混合料的質(zhì)量控制與檢測,未見明確試驗方法。 本文根據(jù)國內(nèi)外硅藻土的相關(guān)研究資料了解、學(xué)習(xí)硅藻土的基本性質(zhì)和特征;利用DSC、SEM微觀分析的方法,探討硅藻土的微觀改性機理,SEM分析顯示,一定摻量范圍內(nèi)的硅藻土能夠與瀝青形成均一、穩(wěn)定的整體;對不同硅藻土摻量的改性瀝青進行常規(guī)試驗、SHRP試驗。試驗結(jié)果說明一定范圍內(nèi)摻量的硅藻土改性劑有利于瀝青的抗變形能力與高溫性能;并對不同硅藻土摻量的改性瀝青混合料進行高溫、低溫、水穩(wěn)定性能試驗。試驗結(jié)果證明加入適量的硅藻土能夠有效改善、提升路面的使用性能,經(jīng)過對試驗結(jié)果的綜合比較、分析,確定出硅藻土改性劑的適宜摻量為17%。 同時,對硅藻土比表面積和二氧化硅含量這兩個重要技術(shù)指標(biāo)提出了相應(yīng)的檢測方法和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。將溶液吸附法應(yīng)用到硅藻土比表面積的檢測中,提出了鹽酸不溶物法檢測硅藻土中二氧化硅的含量。并利用鹽酸不溶物法建立抽提粉料溶解度與混合料中硅藻土含量的關(guān)系,檢測硅藻土在改性瀝青混合料中的摻量,從而控制硅藻土改性瀝青混合料的質(zhì)量。該檢測方法的驗證結(jié)果說明,鹽酸不溶物法能夠較為準(zhǔn)確、快速的檢測出硅藻土在混合料中的摻量,是一種可行、簡便和有效的檢測方法。 對重慶市向家坡立交至黃桷埡試驗路段的硅藻土改性瀝青混合料進行配合比設(shè)計,并對硅藻土改性瀝青路面施工工藝進行介紹,硅藻土改性瀝青路面適應(yīng)氣候廣泛,施工簡便、幾乎不需任何專用設(shè)備?偟膩碚f,是一種優(yōu)良的瀝青改性劑,適宜大規(guī)模的推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the quality problems in the course of using asphalt pavement, reduce road diseases, improve the performance and service life of road, adding modifier to asphalt has become an important means. Diatomite is a kind of asphalt modifier. Adding it to the asphalt mixture not only improves the road performance of the asphalt pavement, but also reduces the cost of the modified asphalt because of its low production price compared with the common polymer modifier. There are some researches on the development and application of diatomite asphalt modifier at home and abroad, but there is no clear test method for the quality control and detection of diatomite modified asphalt mixture. In this paper, the basic properties and characteristics of diatomite are studied according to the relevant research data at home and abroad, and the microscopic modification mechanism of diatomite is discussed by means of DSC-SEM. Diatomite in a certain amount range can form a uniform and stable whole with asphalt. The SHRP test of modified asphalt with different diatomite content was carried out. The experimental results show that the modified diatomite modifier in a certain range is beneficial to the deformation resistance and high temperature performance of asphalt. The experimental results of high temperature, low temperature and water stability of the modified asphalt mixture with different diatomite content show that adding appropriate amount of diatomite can effectively improve the performance of the pavement, and through the comprehensive comparison of the test results, The suitable amount of diatomite modifier is determined to be 17. At the same time, the specific surface area of diatomite and the content of silicon dioxide are determined by the corresponding methods and quality standards. The solution adsorption method is applied to the detection of the specific surface area of diatomite. The method of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter is proposed to detect the content of silica in diatomite, and the relationship between the solubility of extracted powder and the content of diatomite in mixture is established by the method of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter to detect the content of diatomite in modified asphalt mixture. Therefore, the quality of diatomite modified asphalt mixture is controlled. The verification result of this method shows that the hydrochloric acid insoluble material method can detect the content of diatomite in the mixture quickly, which is feasible. A simple and effective method for detection. The mixture ratio design of diatomite modified asphalt mixture from Xiangjiapo overpass to Huangjuayya test section in Chongqing is carried out, and the construction technology of diatomite modified asphalt pavement is introduced. The diatomite modified asphalt pavement adapts to the climate extensively. In general, it is an excellent asphalt modifier and suitable for large-scale application.
