基于RFID技術(shù)的危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛躍發(fā)展和信息化技術(shù)程度的顯著提高,基于以上技術(shù)的自動(dòng)識(shí)別技術(shù)以不同的應(yīng)用方式被廣泛運(yùn)用到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,并且表現(xiàn)出應(yīng)用方向?qū)I(yè)化、應(yīng)用形式多樣化、操作智能化的特點(diǎn)。利用自動(dòng)識(shí)別和數(shù)據(jù)信息分析技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸安全監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控已成為未來發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)危險(xiǎn)品道路運(yùn)輸?shù)膶?shí)際特點(diǎn)和安全監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)管中存在的不足與需求,提出基于RFID技術(shù)的危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。運(yùn)用RFID、數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)和計(jì)算機(jī)軟件技術(shù)完成系統(tǒng)的搭建,屬于原型系統(tǒng)。旨在探討這一技術(shù)的運(yùn)用方式,在一定意義上幫助政府相關(guān)職能部門以及危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸企業(yè)提高安全管理水平,為下一步實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供參考。 本文主要從系統(tǒng)的解決方案、數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)、RFID系統(tǒng)硬件的選型、系統(tǒng)通信和PC端應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行逐一論述。RFID系統(tǒng)選用NRF24LE1芯片,能夠完成危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的采集。RFID系統(tǒng)與PC端應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)之間選用RS232串口通信方式實(shí)現(xiàn)通信的連接。RFID系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)能夠完成RFID系統(tǒng)和PC端應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的通信串口的通信連接、數(shù)據(jù)處理以及標(biāo)簽設(shè)置。數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)部分選用SQL Server2012作為開發(fā)工具,PC端危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)利用VB.NET2010作為開發(fā)工具,系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)運(yùn)輸監(jiān)測(cè)、運(yùn)輸資質(zhì)管理、業(yè)務(wù)審批、運(yùn)輸統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、應(yīng)急救援輔助決策、系統(tǒng)管理等基礎(chǔ)功能。 論文結(jié)尾部分針對(duì)系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)過程中遇到的問題和系統(tǒng)存在不足進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和分析,并展望了RFID技術(shù)在危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用的前景及拓展應(yīng)用方式。 本系統(tǒng)已完成原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),能夠進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)功能的展示,達(dá)到預(yù)定的設(shè)計(jì)要求和目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and the remarkable improvement of information technology, the automatic recognition technology based on the above technology has been widely used in various fields in different ways, and has shown the specialization of application direction. Various forms of application, Automatic identification and data information analysis technology has become an inevitable trend in the future development of dangerous goods transportation safety monitoring and monitoring. This paper aims at the actual characteristics of dangerous goods road transportation in China. And the shortcomings and needs of safety monitoring and supervision, This paper puts forward a dangerous goods transportation monitoring system based on RFID technology. It is a prototype system by using RFID-based database development and computer software technology. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of this technology. To a certain extent, it helps the relevant government departments and dangerous goods transportation enterprises to improve the level of safety management, and provides a reference for the next practical application. This paper mainly discusses how to select NRF24LE1 chip from five parts: system solution, database design, hardware selection, system communication and PC application system design. Can complete the acquisition of vehicle monitoring data of dangerous goods transportation. RFID system and PC application system using RS232 serial communication mode to achieve communication. The upper computer can complete the communication between RFID system and PC terminal application system communication serial port communication connection. Data processing and label setting. The database development part selects SQL Server2012 as the development tool and PC terminal dangerous goods transportation monitoring system as the development tool. The system can realize transportation monitoring, transportation qualification management, business examination and approval, using VB.NET2010 as the development tool. Transportation statistical analysis, emergency rescue decision-making, system management and other basic functions. At the end of the paper, the problems encountered in the design and development of the system and the shortcomings of the system are summarized and analyzed, and the prospect of the application of RFID technology in the dangerous goods transportation monitoring system and the expansion of the application mode are prospected. The system has completed the design of the prototype system, can display the various functions to achieve the design requirements and goals.
