長纓西路地下商業(yè)街項目交通組織研究

【摘要】:隨著我國城市規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展,人口數(shù)量不斷增長,有限的道路空間資源不足以滿足人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L的通行、休閑、購物、娛樂需求,因此,道路地下空間的開發(fā)利用成為我國城市空間可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑。地下步行商業(yè)街作為城市居民地下公共活動空間的典型代表,它不僅標(biāo)志著城市商業(yè)功能的繁華,還集中體現(xiàn)了城市文化特征和歷史文明。目前西安市地下商業(yè)街項目剛處于起步階段,還未大規(guī)模興建地下商業(yè)街項目,研究西安市地下步行商業(yè)街的施工、運(yùn)營高峰期的交通組織,有助于保證項目的正常工期和順利運(yùn)營,減少項目建設(shè)對道路交通的影響,維持周邊居民的出行習(xí)慣,擴(kuò)展市民休閑活動空間,對于城市未來大規(guī)模發(fā)展地下空間有借鑒指導(dǎo)作用。 作為西安市第一條長距離地下商業(yè)步行街——西安市長纓西路地下人防項目,本文在結(jié)合國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀地下商業(yè)街建設(shè)經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,,針對項目施工期和運(yùn)營期地上、地下空間的交通組織方案進(jìn)行研究。首先,對在工程前期開展施工期交通組織研究,分別提出關(guān)于地面機(jī)動車、長途客運(yùn)車、建筑車輛、公交車輛和行人及非機(jī)動車的交通組織方案,為施工創(chuàng)造良好的交通環(huán)境,保證工程順利開展;其次,對項目運(yùn)營期設(shè)計交通組織方案,從地面道路、地下空間及地面地下連通出入口三個方面將車行和人行交通組織流線與地下車庫出入口和人行出入口聯(lián)系起來共同分析,保障行人、車輛分離,順暢、安全運(yùn)行;最后,對夜間運(yùn)營管理的經(jīng)濟(jì)型分析,提出項目地上地下照明系統(tǒng)的選擇及24小時過街通道的設(shè)計方案,有助于節(jié)約照明系統(tǒng)等成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市夜間經(jīng)濟(jì)的合理利用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the city scale and the increasing population, the limited road space resources are not enough to meet the increasing demand of traffic, leisure, shopping and entertainment. The development and utilization of underground space on the road has become an important way for the sustainable development of urban space in China. As a typical representative of the underground public activity space of urban residents, the underground pedestrian commercial street not only marks the prosperity of the commercial function of the city. It also embodies the cultural characteristics of the city and historical civilization. At present, the underground commercial street project in Xi'an is just in its infancy, but the underground commercial street project has not been built on a large scale, and the construction of the underground pedestrian shopping street in Xi'an has been studied. The traffic organization during the peak period of operation will help to ensure the normal construction period and smooth operation of the project, reduce the impact of the project construction on road traffic, maintain the travel habits of the surrounding residents, and expand the leisure activity space of the citizens. For the city in the future large-scale development of underground space has a reference role. As the first long distance underground commercial pedestrian street in Xi'an city, the underground civil air defense project of Changying Xi Road in Xi'an City, based on the excellent construction experience of underground commercial street at home and abroad, this paper aims at the above ground during the construction and operation period of the project. First of all, the research on traffic organization during the construction period is carried out in the early stage of the project, respectively, about the ground motor vehicle, long-distance passenger vehicle, construction vehicle, and so on. Traffic organization schemes for public transport vehicles, pedestrians and non-motor vehicles, to create a good traffic environment for construction and to ensure the smooth development of the project; secondly, to design traffic organization schemes for the operation period of the project, from the ground roads, The three aspects of underground space and ground underground connection entrance and exit and entrance link the traffic flow line with the underground garage entrance and pedestrian entrance and exit to ensure the pedestrian, vehicle separation, smooth and safe operation; finally, the traffic flow line is connected with the underground garage entrance and pedestrian entrance and exit entrance to ensure the pedestrian, vehicle separation, smooth and safe operation. Based on the economic analysis of night operation management, this paper puts forward the choice of above ground lighting system and the design scheme of 24 hours crossing street passage, which will help to save the cost of lighting system and realize the rational utilization of city night economy.
