【摘要】：機(jī)動(dòng)性主導(dǎo)的城市發(fā)展模式已經(jīng)造成了嚴(yán)重的城市問題,適宜步行的城市建設(shè)逐漸受到重視。本文系統(tǒng)回顧了可步行城市的發(fā)展歷程,指出可步行城市建設(shè)的價(jià)值,同時(shí)從城市規(guī)劃的角度出發(fā),在城市和區(qū)域、社區(qū)、街道三個(gè)層面提出可步行城市的主動(dòng)式干預(yù)策略。最后建議加強(qiáng)學(xué)科間的協(xié)作、政策法規(guī)的制定及教育宣傳來共同建設(shè)可步行的城市。
[Abstract]:The urban development mode dominated by mobility has caused serious urban problems, and the construction of walkable cities has been paid more and more attention. This paper systematically reviews the development course of walkable cities, and points out the value of walkable city construction. At the same time, from the perspective of urban planning, the active intervention strategies of walkable cities are put forward at the three levels of city and district, community and street. Finally, it is suggested to strengthen the collaboration among disciplines. The formulation of policies and regulations and educational publicity to build walkable cities together.
