大跨徑混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋體外預(yù)應(yīng)力索張拉時的施工監(jiān)控

【摘要】:變截面混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋由于其優(yōu)美的外形,良好的結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能,近年來得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。但隨著橋梁跨徑的增大,施工工藝要求不斷提升,施工過程變得越來越復(fù)雜,同時橋梁本身還要受溫度、濕度、時間等因素的影響,因此,橋梁內(nèi)力和位移的變化情況也變得越來越復(fù)雜,如何使橋梁施工過程可控,確保橋梁內(nèi)力和位移符合設(shè)計要求是目前大跨徑混凝土變截面連續(xù)箱梁橋施工的難點。本文以佛開高速—吉利河大橋加固為研究背景,圍繞混凝土變截面箱梁橋的施工監(jiān)控展開課題研究。通過有針對性的監(jiān)控加固橋梁施工過程中橋梁的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變、位移、溫度等因素變化,并進行相應(yīng)的理論分析,來確保施工橋梁宏觀質(zhì)量和橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)安全。 1.本文提供了一整套的監(jiān)測內(nèi)容流程,并介紹了測點的布置,以監(jiān)測其橋梁的變形、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變、箱梁溫度場、張拉力和裂縫。 2.本文進行了總體監(jiān)控和實時監(jiān)控,得到其溫度、張拉力、撓度和應(yīng)變的數(shù)據(jù),以保證橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的正常運營。 3.對各施工階段下結(jié)構(gòu)實時監(jiān)測結(jié)果和理論計算結(jié)果進行對比分析,及時分析結(jié)構(gòu)實測值與理論計算值之間的差異,準(zhǔn)確把握每道施工工序下結(jié)構(gòu)的狀態(tài),保證施工過程中結(jié)構(gòu)的安全,同時合理評價結(jié)構(gòu)的加固效果提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),為結(jié)構(gòu)在后期運營過程中進行的長期監(jiān)測積累初始數(shù)據(jù)。 本工程案例為加固橋梁,采用加固方法為對結(jié)構(gòu)施加體外預(yù)應(yīng)力索,結(jié)果表明,施加體外預(yù)應(yīng)力索能夠提高結(jié)構(gòu)壓應(yīng)力儲備,加固效果達(dá)到了設(shè)計目的和要求。
[Abstract]:Continuous box girder bridge with variable cross-section has been used more and more widely in recent years because of its beautiful shape and good structural mechanical performance. However, with the increase of bridge span, the construction technology requirements are constantly raised. The construction process becomes more and more complex, and the bridge itself is also affected by temperature, humidity, time and other factors. Therefore, the change of internal force and displacement of the bridge becomes more and more complex, how to make the bridge construction process controllable, To ensure that the internal force and displacement of the bridge meet the design requirements is the difficult point in the construction of the long-span concrete continuous box girder bridge with variable cross-section at present. In this paper, the reinforcement of the Fokai High-speed Geely River Bridge is taken as the research background. The research is carried out around the construction monitoring of concrete variable-section box girder bridge. The stress, strain, displacement, temperature and other factors of the bridge during the construction process are monitored and strengthened, and the corresponding theoretical analysis is carried out. To ensure the macro quality of construction bridge and bridge structure safety. 1. This paper provides a complete set of monitoring flow, and introduces the layout of measuring points to monitor the bridge deformation, stress and strain, box girder temperature field, tensile force and cracks. 2. The data of temperature, tension, deflection and strain are obtained in order to ensure the normal operation of bridge structure. 3. Comparing and analyzing the results of real-time monitoring and theoretical calculation of structure in each construction stage, analyzing the difference between the measured value of structure and the calculated value of theory in time, and accurately grasping the state of structure under each construction procedure. To ensure the safety of the structure during the construction process and to provide basic data for the reasonable evaluation of the reinforcement effect of the structure, the initial data can be accumulated for the long-term monitoring of the structure in the later period of operation. The case of this project is to strengthen the bridge, and the external prestressed cable is applied to the structure by strengthening method. The results show that the external prestressed cable can increase the compressive stress reserve of the structure, and the reinforcement effect achieves the design purpose and requirement.
