摻量對TLA混合瀝青的高溫性能影響和應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:鋼箱梁橋面瀝青鋪裝是當(dāng)前土木工程材料應(yīng)用的國際性難題和研究熱點(diǎn),它是橋梁建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,一直受到國內(nèi)外橋面鋪裝專家的高度重視和關(guān)注。目前,比較常用的橋面瀝青鋪裝方案主要有雙層SMA類、澆注式類、瀝青瑪蹄脂混合料(MA)類和環(huán)氧類,其中MA混合料因具有突出的防水性能、抗老化性能、抗疲勞性能以及與鋼橋面板良好的隨從性和施工性,在鋼橋面鋪裝中被認(rèn)為是一種理想的材料,并在國外被廣泛的應(yīng)用。如今這類混合料在英國、日本等國已經(jīng)形成一套完整的鋪裝技術(shù)規(guī)范,近年來被引入國內(nèi),并在多個(gè)實(shí)體工程中得以應(yīng)用,但從使用效果看,瀝青瑪蹄脂混合料雖然在防水性能、低溫抗裂性能、抗疲勞性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)方面均優(yōu)于其它橋面瀝青鋪裝材料,但是MA混合料也存在著非常明顯的缺陷,即高溫穩(wěn)定性不足,容易產(chǎn)生車轍等早期病害。由于MA混合料中TLA混合瀝青為其提供了40%的抗高溫車轍變形性能,因而為深入分析和合理設(shè)計(jì)MA混合料,就需對MA混合料的組成材料,特別是TLA混合瀝青的高溫性能進(jìn)行全面研究。根據(jù)國外關(guān)于MA混合料的設(shè)計(jì)和研究,MA混合料中TLA的摻量通常是為30%左右,本文依托的港珠澳大橋鋼橋面MA混合料鋪裝層的設(shè)計(jì)研究項(xiàng)目,在參考香港MA混合料的成功鋪裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)采用摻量為70%TLA混合瀝青,為從理論上驗(yàn)證分析摻量70%TLA混合瀝青對MA混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性的影響作用,就需對TLA混合瀝青的組成材料和制備、TLA摻量對混合瀝青高溫力學(xué)性能影響等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,研究70%TLA混合瀝青對MA混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性的影響變化,這對于MA混合料的橋面鋪裝工程應(yīng)用具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義。本文系統(tǒng)的研究了基于瀝青橋面鋪裝使用的TLA混合瀝青高溫流變性能,建立了流變模型,并探討了摻量對TLA混合瀝青高溫性能的影響、TLA混合瀝青的高溫變形特點(diǎn)以及對MA混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性能的影響規(guī)律。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1、在深入研究傳統(tǒng)TLA混合瀝青的制備與評價(jià)基礎(chǔ)上,針對港珠澳大橋15.6Km鋼箱梁橋面鋪裝工程的規(guī)模性,,借鑒香港已有的TLA混合瀝青成功的工程應(yīng)用,考慮到橋址地區(qū)交通荷載組成和高溫多雨的氣候環(huán)境特點(diǎn),采用TLA:70#瀝青=70:30制備TLA混合瀝青,分析TLA混合瀝青的性能指標(biāo)與TLA摻量和瀝青標(biāo)號(hào)的關(guān)系。 2、鑒于MA在江陰大橋工程應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的高溫穩(wěn)定性不足的問題,需從微觀方面全面分析摻量70%TLA混合瀝青的高溫性能,并基于DMA法研究了TLA混合瀝青的SHRP高溫性能指標(biāo)復(fù)數(shù)模量、車轍因子、相位角與頻率、溫度和摻量的變化關(guān)系;并基于穩(wěn)態(tài)流變試驗(yàn)分析TLA混合瀝青的零剪切粘度指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律。 3、研究了不同摻量的TLA混合瀝青的時(shí)溫等效原理,將不同摻量的TLA混合瀝青在不同加載方式下的移位因子進(jìn)行計(jì)算對比分析;并基于剪切模量CAM主曲線方程對TLA混合瀝青的高溫流變共曲線進(jìn)行分析,探討了TLA混合瀝青的高溫流變參數(shù)指標(biāo)與TLA摻量的關(guān)系,為采用70%TLA混合瀝青提供理論依據(jù)。 4、基于不同溫度、應(yīng)力水平下的重復(fù)蠕變恢復(fù)試驗(yàn),分析不同摻量的TLA混合瀝青高溫變形特點(diǎn)和影響因素,并基于流變模型重點(diǎn)分析了70%TLA混合瀝青的高溫變形流變參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律;對不同摻量的TLA混合瀝青與SBS改性瀝青的高溫變形差異研究,選擇合適摻量的TLA混合瀝青與SBS改性瀝青應(yīng)用于同種級配的混合料,基于車轍試驗(yàn)對比了TLA混合瀝青與聚合物SBS改性瀝青之間的高溫抗變形差異。 5、基于70%TLA混合瀝青在橋面面鋪裝層中的應(yīng)用研究,分析了MA混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性能,研究了TLA在MA混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性中的作用,并就MA車轍試驗(yàn)的高溫穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行室外加速加載試驗(yàn)的驗(yàn)證,分析動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度與加速加載試驗(yàn)的車轍變形、硬度、貫入度、貫入度增量和沖擊韌性之間的相關(guān)性。 本論文從依托的工程項(xiàng)目所需70%TLA混合瀝青的高溫性能研究出發(fā),基于DMA法分析了摻量對TLA混合瀝青的高溫性能影響規(guī)律,重點(diǎn)研究70%TLA混合瀝青的高溫性能變化規(guī)律及高溫變形特點(diǎn),從理論和實(shí)際兩方面驗(yàn)證港珠澳大橋橋面鋪裝中采用摻量70%TLA混合瀝青對提高M(jìn)A混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性的作用和必要性,為橋面鋪裝中70%TLA混合瀝青的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)和應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Steel deck asphalt pavement is an international difficult problem in current civil engineering material application and research hotspot, it is one of the key technology of bridge construction, has been more and more attention at home and abroad deck experts. At present, the commonly used bridge asphalt pavement scheme to double SMA, pouring type asphalt mastic the mixture (MA) and epoxy, which MA mixture due to outstanding waterproof performance, anti-aging properties, and good anti fatigue performance and steel deck entourage and construction, in the steel bridge deck is considered to be an ideal material, and is widely used in foreign countries. Now this mixture in the UK, has formed a complete set of technical specifications of pavement in Japan and other countries, in recent years was introduced into China, and has been applied in numerous projects, but the result shows that although the mastic asphalt mixture at Waterproof performance, low-temperature performance, anti fatigue performance and economic aspects are better than other bridge asphalt pavement material, but MA mixture also existed obvious defects, namely poor high-temperature stability, easy to produce early disease rut. Because MA in TLA mixture asphalt mixture to provide 40% anti rutting deformation the performance, thus for the in-depth analysis and rational design of MA mixture, on the composition of the MA mixture material, especially a comprehensive study on the high temperature performance of TLA asphalt mixture. According to foreign design and Research on MA mixture and MA mixture in TLA content is usually around 30%, the design of research projects steel bridge HZMB MA mixture paving layer on the basis of the reference in Hongkong MA mixture pavement success experience using admixture for 70%TLA mixed asphalt, as from the theoretical analysis to verify the admixture of 70%TLA asphalt mixture The effect of MA mixture at high temperature stability, will be composed of materials and preparation of TLA mixture asphalt preparation, the content of TLA is a systematic research on the high temperature performance of asphalt mixing mechanics effect, research 70%TLA mixed asphalt mixture high temperature stability of MA, has an important theoretical significance of the bridge deck pavement engineering application for the MA mixture. The study of this system based on the asphalt deck pavement using TLA mixed asphalt high temperature rheological properties, rheological model, and discusses the influence of TLA content on the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the deformation characteristics of high temperature TLA mixed asphalt and mixed material influences the high-temperature stability of MA. The research contents are as follows:
1, in-depth study of traditional TLA mixed asphalt preparation and evaluation on the basis of the scale of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge 15.6Km bridge deck pavement engineering drawing, engineering application of TLA mixed asphalt in Hongkong have been successful, considering the characteristics of climate and environment of the site of bridge traffic load and the high temperature and rainy, the preparation of TLA by mixed asphalt TLA:70# asphalt =70:30 system, relation between performance index and the content of TLA and TLA analysis of asphalt grade asphalt mixture.
2, given the lack of high temperature stability of MA in the Jiangyin bridge engineering application problems, high temperature performance need comprehensive analysis content of 70%TLA mixed asphalt from the microscopic aspect, the high temperature performance of SHRP complex modulus, which is based on the DMA method of TLA mix asphalt rutting factor, phase angle and frequency, temperature and mixing the amount of variation; and zero shear viscosity index analysis of TLA mixed asphalt based on the steady flow test.
3, the time temperature equivalence principle on the TLA mixture of asphalt with different amount of TLA mixed asphalt with different contents of the shift factor under different loading modes are calculated and analyzed; the shear modulus CAM principal curve equation based on the rheology of TLA asphalt mixture high temperature co curve analysis, discusses the relationship between High Temperature Rheological parameters index and the content of TLA TLA mixed asphalt, provided a theoretical basis for using 70%TLA mixed asphalt.
4, based on different temperature, should be repeated creep stress level recovery test, analysis of TLA mixed with different amount of asphalt high temperature deformation characteristics and influencing factors, and based on the variation of key rheological model of the high-temperature 70%TLA mix asphalt rheological deformation parameters; deformation difference of high temperature on different content of TLA mixed asphalt and SBS modified asphalt mixture, select the appropriate dosage of TLA mixed asphalt and SBS modified asphalt used in the same gradation, high temperature rutting test were compared between TLA mixed asphalt and polymer modified asphalt SBS anti deformation based on the difference.
5, research on the application of 70%TLA in bridge deck pavement of asphalt mixture based on the analysis of the MA mixture high temperature stability, study the role of TLA in the high temperature stability of MA mixture in the outdoor and verify the accelerated loading test of high temperature stable performance MA rutting test, dynamic stability analysis and accelerated loading test the rutting deformation, hardness, penetration, the correlation between the penetration increment and impact toughness.
Study on high temperature performance of the project from relying on the required 70%TLA mixed asphalt based DMA method based on analysis of the content of high temperature performance influence of TLA mixture of asphalt and the deformation characteristics of high temperature and high temperature performance of 70%TLA asphalt mixture research, from two aspects of theory and practice to validate the content of 70%TLA mixed asphalt deck pavement HZMB on necessity and improve MA mixture high temperature stability, provide a theoretical basis for practical production and application for 70%TLA mixed asphalt bridge deck pavement.
