隔板式曲線組合梁施工階段彎扭性能研究

【摘要】:曲線組合梁采用無支架施工時(shí),混凝土的濕重完全由鋼梁承擔(dān),使其在承受彎扭耦合作用的同時(shí),還會由于剛度較小出現(xiàn)變形過大或壓屈的危險(xiǎn)。本文依托國家自然科學(xué)基金資助項(xiàng)目《隔板式曲線組合梁橋彎扭作用機(jī)理及橫隔板影響效應(yīng)研究》(51108281),對采用橫隔板作為橫向聯(lián)接系的曲線組合梁施工階段的受力性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究和數(shù)值分析,主要工作和結(jié)論如下: (1)進(jìn)行了6片簡支曲線組合梁混凝土板澆筑階段的靜載試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)跨徑比對彎矩影響很小,對扭矩影響較大,但橫隔板數(shù)量對二者影響均較小,分段澆筑時(shí)的扭矩比整體澆筑時(shí)小。切向應(yīng)變沿截面豎向符合平截面假定,沿截面橫向在有隔板處直線形式變化,在無隔板處以兩頭大中間小的折線形式變化,但都表現(xiàn)為曲線外側(cè)大內(nèi)側(cè); (2)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和ANSYS有限元分析結(jié)果均顯示,各向應(yīng)變和位移均隨跨徑比的增大而增大,隨橫隔板數(shù)目、鋼梁高度和橫隔板厚度的增多而減小,整體澆筑時(shí)比分段澆筑時(shí)大。橫隔板對鋼梁腹板有明顯的橫向約束作用,端橫隔板和跨中橫隔板作用較大,橫隔板超過5個(gè)后影響減小; (3)采用M/R法可較好地分析曲線鋼梁的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)。在分布扭矩作用下,豎向位移、徑向位移、翹曲正應(yīng)力、以及翹曲正應(yīng)力與彎曲正應(yīng)力的應(yīng)力比均隨跨徑比的增大線性增大,隨橫隔板數(shù)目的增加和計(jì)算跨徑的減小而非線性減小,說明跨徑比是反映曲梁受扭程度的一種顯性指標(biāo); (4)曲線組合梁施工階段混凝土采用分段澆筑時(shí),組合梁的各向位移和應(yīng)力均比整體澆筑時(shí)小,說明鋼梁與混凝土板之間存在早期組合作用;當(dāng)曲線組合梁施工階段分段澆筑時(shí)的時(shí)間間隔在0.25~7d,需要考慮早期組合作用而且要考慮隨育齡期增長組合梁的受力特征;在鋼-混凝土曲線組合梁混凝土板澆筑過程中,已澆好的節(jié)段必須考慮結(jié)合面相對滑移,,否則會引起較大的誤差。
[Abstract]:When the curved composite beam is constructed without support, the wet weight of concrete is borne entirely by the steel beam, which makes it bear the coupling action of bending and torsion at the same time. This paper relies on the project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation < Research on the Mechanism of bending and torsion of curved Composite girder Bridges with diaphragm Type and the influence effect of Transverse diaphragm. The experimental study and numerical analysis of the mechanical behavior of curved composite beams during construction are carried out. The main work and conclusions are as follows:. 1) the static load tests of six simply supported curved composite beams and concrete slabs are carried out. It is found that span ratio has little effect on bending moment and great influence on torque, but the number of transverse diaphragm has little effect on both. The torsion moment of subsection pouring is smaller than that of integral pouring. The tangential strain along the section vertical conforms to the assumption of plane section, and changes along the cross section in straight line form where there is a partition. However, all of them showed that the lateral and medial side of the curve was small; 2) the results of test and ANSYS finite element analysis show that the strain and displacement increase with the increase of span ratio, and decrease with the increase of the number of transverse diaphragm, the height of steel beam and the thickness of transverse diaphragm. The transverse partition has obvious transverse restraint on the steel beam web, the end transverse partition and the span middle transverse partition have a greater effect, and the transverse diaphragm has less effect after more than 5 years. 3) the torsional effect of curved steel beams can be well analyzed by using M / R method. Under distributed torque, vertical displacement, radial displacement, warpage normal stress, and stress ratio of warpage normal stress to bending normal stress all increase linearly with the increase of span ratio. The ratio of span to diameter is a dominant index to reflect the torsion degree of curved beams. 4) the displacement and stress of the composite beam in each direction are smaller than that in the whole pouring stage when the concrete is used in the construction stage of the curved composite beam, which indicates that there is an early combination effect between the steel beam and the concrete slab. In the construction stage of curved composite beam, the time interval is 0.25 ~ 7 days, so it is necessary to consider the effect of early combination and the mechanical characteristics of composite beam with the increase of childbearing age, and in the process of concrete-slab construction of steel-concrete curved composite beam, it is necessary to consider the mechanical characteristics of the composite beam with the increase of childbearing age. The relative slip of the joints must be taken into account in the cast-in-place section, otherwise, there will be a large error.
