斜坡碼頭施工監(jiān)測與預(yù)警控制研究

【摘要】:施工監(jiān)控是確保工程結(jié)構(gòu)在施工和使用階段完美體現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)思路的一種手段。它主要包括兩方面的內(nèi)容:施工監(jiān)測和施工控制。施工監(jiān)測不但可以保證工程施工中的安全而且施工監(jiān)測的結(jié)果也為施工控制提供數(shù)據(jù)。而施工控制就是在施工全過程進(jìn)行有效的控制,保證工程施工滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。近幾年來,施工監(jiān)控廣泛應(yīng)用于橋梁、邊坡、隧道與大壩工程。但是在碼頭方面,施工監(jiān)控運(yùn)用得還相對較少。文章以某架空斜坡碼頭工程中通用泊位為依托,研究了架空斜坡碼頭的施工監(jiān)控的內(nèi)容和方法,并利用有限元數(shù)值模擬,通過對土體的強(qiáng)度折減,研究架空斜坡碼頭施工過程中施工控制的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),為架空斜坡碼頭設(shè)計(jì)施工提供參考。論文主要研究內(nèi)容及結(jié)論如下: (1)介紹了控制論的觀點(diǎn)、斜坡碼頭的施工控制及施工控制的影響因素。研究了斜坡碼頭施工控制系統(tǒng)以及施工控制過程模擬分析方法和施工控制結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法。 (2)研究了斜坡碼頭施工監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的建立,包括建立的理論依據(jù)、建立的一般方法、建立的一般原則和建立的目的,提出突破觀點(diǎn)并介紹其在監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。研究了斜坡碼頭施工監(jiān)測的方法與監(jiān)測的內(nèi)容,并根據(jù)監(jiān)測的內(nèi)容簡單介紹了施工監(jiān)測的儀器。 (3)考慮樁與巖土體的相互作用型式,,利用有限元強(qiáng)度折減法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定分析,對架空斜坡碼頭施工的每一個(gè)施工過程進(jìn)行模擬分析,以岸坡水平位移與沉降,樁基水平位移以及擋土墻、軌道梁的水平位移與沉降為基點(diǎn),找出每個(gè)施工階段的突破口,并對其進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測與控制。 (4)對基于監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)處理的斜坡碼頭預(yù)警控制進(jìn)行研究,包括施工監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)誤差分析、施工監(jiān)測信息的預(yù)報(bào)預(yù)警,并介紹對監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)如何處理和預(yù)測的幾種方法。
[Abstract]:Construction monitoring is a means to ensure the perfect embodiment of design ideas in the construction and use stages of engineering structures. It mainly includes two aspects: construction monitoring and construction control. Construction monitoring can not only ensure the construction of the project. And the results of construction monitoring also provide data for construction control. Construction control is effective control throughout the construction process. In recent years, construction monitoring has been widely used in bridge, slope, tunnel and dam projects. Based on the general berth of an elevated slope wharf project, this paper studies the contents and methods of the construction monitoring of the elevated slope wharf, and makes use of the finite element numerical simulation to reduce the strength of the soil. The key points of construction control in the construction process of elevated slope wharf are studied in order to provide reference for the design and construction of elevated slope wharf. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:. This paper introduces the viewpoint of cybernetics, the construction control of sloping wharf and the influencing factors of construction control, and studies the construction control system of sloping wharf, the simulation analysis method of construction control process and the analysis method of construction control structure. (2) the establishment of the monitoring system for the construction of sloping wharves is studied, including the theoretical basis, the general methods, the general principles and the purposes of the establishment. This paper puts forward a breakthrough point of view and introduces its application in the monitoring system, studies the methods and contents of the construction monitoring of the slope wharf, and simply introduces the construction monitoring instruments according to the monitoring contents. Considering the interaction between pile and rock and soil, the structural stability analysis is carried out by using the finite element strength reduction method, and each construction process of the elevated slope wharf is simulated and analyzed, and the horizontal displacement and settlement of the bank slope are taken into account. The horizontal displacement of pile foundation and the horizontal displacement and settlement of retaining wall and track beam are taken as the base points to find out the breakthrough of each construction stage and to monitor and control it emphatically. 4) A study on the early-warning control of slope wharf based on monitoring data processing is carried out, including error analysis of construction monitoring data, prediction and early warning of construction monitoring information, and several methods to deal with and predict monitoring data.
